Die Wohnung war hervorragend, sauber und für unseren Aufenthalt perfekt vorbereitet. Der Empfang und die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter haben keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war wunderbar. Der Bahnhof auf der andern Straßenseite (nicht Balkonseite) war nicht störend. Ein weiterer Besuch in dem sehr schönen Ort und auch in dieser super Wohnung ist für uns sicher.

Fantastic apartment in perfect location with beautiful views

We had a great time staying in this very clean and well equipped apartment. We arrived by train from Munich and the apartment was a very short walk away although we could not hear the trains at all from the apartment. The apartment was also very well placed for the cogwheel train station to lake Eibsee and the Zugspitz mountain. We had a fantastic view of the mountain from our balcony window. We would highly recommend a stay here!

Location can’t be beat. Walking distance to the shopping platz, the train station, and zugspitze bahn. Ski bus outside the door. Amazing views from balcony. Plenty of room to stretch out. Fireplace. Walter was very kind and helpful. Well equipped kitchen.Comfortable beds.The list goes on.

We loved our stay! The apartment is exactly as advertised and has a stunning view from the back deck. Parking underneath the building is easy to access. Laundry in facility too. Walter was great with his instructions and with quick communications. The train station is very close and a grocery is a block away. Loved the location. Easy to walk into town. Highly recommend!

Noch besser!

Wir waren zu viert zum zweiten mal in dieser super Wohnung. Diesmal war es sogar noch besser,als beim ersten mal.Die Wohnung und das ganze drumherum waren qualitativ genauso exzellent,wie beim ersten Aufenthalt.Noch besser,auch wenn wir das kaum für möglich gehalten haben,war der Kontakt mit dem Verwalter.Unglaublich freundlich und flexibel,einfach ganz wunderbar.Hier waren wir nicht zum letzten mal!!!

Perfect Apartment

The location was excellent as it was right beside the train station. The Zugspitze train station was also very close which was very convenient. Additionally, the veiw from the apartment was amazing and there was a lidl right across the road. We had a very good stay here!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage. Alles sauber und alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Check In/Out war unkompliziert. Der Verwalter Herr Bährle war super freundlich und hat hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Immer wieder diese Ferienwohnung.

Wonderful apartment in beautiful location

Everything about our stay was excellent. The communication with Walter and checking-in/out was simple and clear. The apartment itself was amazing; clean, modern and equppied with everything you could need. The view of the mountains from the balcony was beautiful. Disappointed

My family includes amongst its members people of color. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend the subject apartment. I am saddened to say the interpersonal environment proved toxic. We have been visiting Garmisch for 40 years on 10 plus separate vacations. We love the area. The citizens are overwhelmingly very friendly and accommodating. We found the parishioners of St. Martin's Catholic Church to be particularly lovely people. The apartment in question is 1 of 5 in the building located on the top floor. The facilities and location are excellent. The only problem with the apartment itself is that it is not air conditioned and we needed to purchase two room fans ourselves to keep the living space reasonably comfortable with summer temperatures. But, overall, it is both nicely maintained and spacious. Most importantly, however, apart from the Building Manager's spouse, the encountered tenants and Building Manager can, most generously, be depicted as unfriendly although a more exacting description would be hostile, ranging from passive-aggressive to outwardly belligerent. We can’t envision using this accommodation again.

Wonderful Visit

We had a wonderful time visiting Garmisch-Partenkirchen mostly in part for Walter and his Atempause apartment. Walter was very kind and helpful in accommodating our needs, including when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the apartment. The location of Atempause was perfect for walking downtown to local shops and restaurants. The local grocery store was right across the street for quick needs too. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. Our favorite part of it was the patio with the views of the alps. We'd relax with a cup of coffee or tea in the morning and evening. We felt very safe the entire stay and the amenities included a parking garage and washer/dryer which was an added bonus! We would certainly stay again during our next visit.

Great stay

This property has a GREAT location! It is charming, had plenty of space for 2 couples and was immaculate. Looking at the mountains from the large deck was awesome. We will stay again if we ever get back to Garmisch.

Als in het eigen huis van iemand die heel goede spullen heeft. Niet als een vakantiehuurhuis maar mooier en degelijker. En vriendelijke ontvangst en uitleg door de gastheer. Supermarkt en vervoer voor de deur. Mooi uitzicht van af het balkon, en zonsondergang.

Die Wohnung hat eine Top-Lage, ist sehr gut ausgestattet, und liebevoll eingerichtet. Toll ist auch die Tiefgarage. Vom Wohnzimmer aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Berge. Check-in und Check-out total unkompliziert. Und tolle Tips vom Vermieter gab es auch. Wir würden die Wohnung immer wieder buchen.

Eine Perle in GaPa

Wir hatten in dieser wunderschönen, behaglichen und klug aufgeteilten Wohnung sehr schöne und gemütliche Weihnachten verbracht. Diese Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, und noch mehr….dazu noch mit viel Geschmack und liebe eingerichtet. DerBalkonblick in die Berglandschaft krönt das ganze noch. Zudem ist gleich gegenüber die Bushaltestelle zu den Skiliften, und Lidl, Bahnhof, Eishalle gleich um die Ecke, so dass man kein Auto benötigt. Auch die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in 5Minuten erreichbar. Die Hausverwaltung ist sehr freundlich und nett. Also wie gesagt, ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Perfekte Woche

Wir waren Anfang Oktober für 9 Nächte in dieser schönen Unterkunft in Garmisch. Es war eine der schönsten Wohnungen, die wir bisher hatten mit dem wirklich allerschönsten Blick vom Balkon auf die Zugspitze. Jeden Morgen konnten wir auf dem Balkon frühstücken und abends den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Super zentral gelegen, direkt am Bahnhof und nur wenige Minuten in die Fußgängerzone von Garmisch. Supernette und unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe und -Abgabe durch Fam. Bährle. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, war absolut sauber und der Fahrstuhl bis in die Tiefgarage sehr praktisch! Wir kommen gern wieder!
