“Host had trouble with with a double booking with their booking company so we didn't end up in the room we had reserved. It was fine but you could tell it was in the midst of renovation. It was clean and adequate for one night but not as nice as what we had reserved.”

“The location of the apartment downtown Inverness was the best part. The next best was clean bedding. After that it goes downhill. The floors were dirty, there was dirt and debris in the corners, a dirty cup in the bathroom. It was just a one night stay, so we could deal with it. Checking in was awful. We arrived to the address given to find a note on the door that we had to go to a different address (a few minutes away). When we arrived to the given address, there was a LINE of people waiting...
