“This unit is in a great position and you can easily walk to town or to dinner. The unit has everything you need and is decorated nicely but was very disappointing in that it has not been maintained at all. Where a skirting board had fallen off it was not replaced. The sliding door rollers have worn out and need to be replaced too. The bathroom cupboards are falling apart and the shower screen is black at the bottom with scale buildup. The property managers do a great job at cleaning it so...

“Great comfortable stay with everything you need for your trip to Exmouth. Clean, easy to access, and extremely convenient to walk to grocery stores and shops in the town plaza.”

“I would highly recommend staying at this location IF the construction next door is finished. (And I think it’s going to be a while). Most days I was out early, but on the last day of my visit, it was raining and I had to take a day between scuba diving and flying and the extremely loud construction started at 6:50am, and did not stop until after 4pm. I couldn’t be in the unit during those hours. Not even with earplugs.”
