“The room had a strong, unpleasant smell as soon as we entered. It made the space uncomfortable to stay in, and the odor did not go away even after some time. I contacted the front desk to see if we could move to a different room, but unfortunately they told us no other rooms were available. I also asked about the possibility of a refund because the condition of the room made the stay unpleasant, but that request was denied as well.
