“Really cool building. Although our private bathroom was across the hall, it was clean and no problems to use. Hosts were excellent. Great coffee! Would definitely stay again!”

“Historic building with spacious rooms. Amazing hall. Maybe too expensive the valet parking but the attendant inform correctly that a public parking is close to the hotel. The position is fantastic: close to everything but easy to get from highway. Nothing else to write, I’m happy to have been to this great hotel!”

“What a beautiful place! Clean room, great shower, sink, and toilet. Very comfy bed. Free breakfast, and you pick off a menu, while you're waited on. I had the smoked salmon Benedict eggs. It was built in 1909 and is all marble floors and some walls. Just gorgeous! Very friendly staff. I highly recommend it.”

“The pool is either very dirty or stained black. Housekeeping took dropping off towels one morning as an excuse to not clean the room at all that day. Room service takes the phone off the hook and doesn't answer. Go downstairs and order the food yourself, they tell you to come back downstairs 9 floors and fetch it yourself or wait. The AC unit was old, was in disrepair and froze over at 3AM. Hotel front desk the next day would not even radio to find out if the repairs had been made and told my...

“We arrived late at night and had some trouble locating where to park, but after a night's rest we enjoyed an excellent breakfast and really noticed the upgrades in the room...from bathroom finishes to room furniture for storage and for setting bags to access easily. Room was very clean and air-conditioned. We were in town for the Picklesburg Food Festival, and it was nice having this hotel within walking distance of the bridges dedicated to vendors and to Downtown festivities.”
