“The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly and welcoming - Nick checked us and even discussed choices of rooms that were ready for early check-in -- the location was great and the rooftop deck was a nice for an early evening cocktail. The property is right across from the Sedona shuttle which takes you all over Sedona.
As a sidebar - we knew ahead of time that parking was extra but a little pricey for an open unprotected parking lot. extra ”

“The pool area was super nice and chill. Fun playing ping pong outdoors. We did a "tea ceremony" experimenting with different herbs in the spa. They had star gazing, someone came down from Lowell observatory with a huge telescope and gave a talk and showed up the moons of jupiter in the telescope. Front desk was busy sometimes, but they found time to get us extra coffee pods when we requested it.”

“Our stay at Sugar Loaf Lodge was exactly what we needed for an overnight stay as a family of 4. We were greeted with a warm welcome and the owner was very personably and helpful! He even took the time to bring us a crib for the baby and give some recommendations on some local hikes and places to eat. The room was very clean!! The pool was not open when we visited, but there was a hot tub. We had a great stay and would stay again.”
