L'unità si affaccia sul centro di Gatlinburg's Parkway. Ha un letto king size in master con vasca da giardino e doccia con balcone privato. Camera degli ospiti ha (2) letti queen size con bagno privato. Bel camino in pietra con mobili squisiti accompagnano il soggiorno con balcone. Cucina completa con lavastoviglie, lavatrice / asciugatrice. Caffettiera Keurig, frullatore, tostapane, piatti, pentole e padelle sono inclusi. L'unità è al quinto piano, accanto all'ascensore. Splendide viste del centro e delle montagne, per non parlare dello Space Needle splendidamente illuminato di notte. Ascensore e scale accessibili. Piscina all'aperto / vasca idromassaggio disponibile durante le stagioni permettendo. Non sono ammessi animali ad eccezione degli animali di servizio. L'unità si trova dall'altra parte della strada da Ober Gatlinburg. Abbiamo un Tower Elevator che ti porterà in fondo al 55 'nel garage del Quality Inn dove hai accesso a meravigliosi ristoranti e negozi. A pochi passi da tutto il centro di Gatlinburg. Vicinissima al Centro Congressi, al Museo delle Cere, al Cade's Cove, alla seggiovia e molte altre attrazioni per famiglie, ulteriori informazioni possono essere fornite dal proprietario, Sarah Richey.

Family trip to Great Smoky Mountains National Park trip

The condo in downtown Gatlinburg was in a great location, with a comfortable living space and beds, outside patio with views of the mountains, and steps from the main strip with restaurants and shops. It was very close to the park entrance which helped us with our early morning start for our hikes. Bonus was the best view in the house for the 4th of July fireworks and drone show at the Space Needle from the condos front balcony! We had a great stay!

Perfect Location

We were in Gatlinburg for a dance competition at the convention center, and this was the perfect place for our homebase. We were able to walk to so many of the restaurants and activities nearby and with the trolley could easily access things that were a little bit further away. Unit is well laid out in furnished and has just about everything we needed to eat meals there. Plenty of parking, although we rarely move the car because of how easily accessible everything was by foot.

Great location and overall nice property

This location is perfect if you want to spend the day in the park hiking and the evening in downtown Gatlinburg. Our only complaints are both things that could be helped and things that could not. Things that could be helped: the coffee pot was dirty, the unit was dusty, socks from prior people left under the bed, the bed skirt was dirty, the dishwasher was dirty and musty, the fan on the balcony had a fan blade missing/broken and it was on the table on the balcony. Things that could not be helped: this location is in downtown Gatlinburg, which is a plus but it also means you will hear the garbage truck every morning at 5:30 a.m.; and birds start singing at 3:30 a.m. and they live in the rafters of the buildings and they are very loud.That being said, we would absolutely rent again. Communication with the property managers was excellent, clear, timely, and concise. This property had everything we needed.

Gatlinburg Stay

The location was great! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to visit in Gatlinburg. We did have to pay for parking in the city because an elevator was broken and I couldn’t do the walk down the hill but that was out of the property owners control. The condo was comfortable and well furnished. We enjoyed the view of the city from the balcony.

Great location

The unit is in a great location with ample parking. Short walk to the strip , the elevator that takes you to the street level is out of order at the moment so be prepared for the walk up the hill at the end of the day. Next to that we would stay here again.

Nice centrally located condo

Easy to get down to everything in Gatlinburg when the rear elevator to the street level is working. 3 of our 4 people have mobility issues and this time the elevator was not working. This is the first time in 10-12 years of staying in these condos that this has happened but it made quite a difference walking up and down to the street. Condo is nice although its time to start replacing the couches as they are showing wear. Beds were good and overall its a nice stay.

Beautiful Condo

Summit Manor Condos are the perfect location for walking the Gatlinburg Parkway strip. The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. Host had great communication. Plenty of parking. Easy access to the elevator. The walk up and down the drive to the Parkway is steep. We have stayed there before and knew of this so it was not an issue for us-good exercise! Would stay there again.

Amazing stay AGAIN!

We love love love our annual trip to Sarah's condo. Her communication is off the charts, even though we've never even met. We were afraid this year was going to move us to another condo due to the air conditioning needing repair but Sarah was FANTASTIC at getting the HVAC people there just in time. We checked in a little later than we normally do to give them time to get the AC fixed. Everything about this condo is fantastic and we'll see you next year, Summit Manor! Thank you again Sarah for going above and beyond to make our 6th stay with you comfortable. We love your place and we love you for always being such an amazing host!

Renter beware

Upon arrival we surveyed the property and found that “soap” was not provided as per the listing under bathrooms. Upon contacting the host we were told they do not provide soap. Next we discovered the condo was 82 degrees. We contacted the host again. They informed us “a friend” was coming to service the AC on Sunday as general maintenance. Their resolution was for us to move everyone and our belongings to their “ personal condo”. They did not offer to have a licensed HVAC company to come out and make repairs, thus we slept in an abnormally hot condo as we did not feel comfortable moving into someone’s personal space.
