Rose Hill Roost è una cabina autentica spaziosa ma pura restaurata da tronchi di 150 anni. Questa cabina si trova in una tranquilla zona boschiva con una splendida vista sulle montagne che è anche conveniente sia per Gatlinburg e Pigeon Forge. Sul ponte posteriore è una grande vasca idromassaggio per il vostro divertimento e relax dopo una passeggiata in montagna o una giornata di shopping e prendendo nei nostri siti bellissimi. Il portico anteriore ha sedie a dondolo per sedersi e godersi il caffè del mattino mentre si prende la splendida vista sulle montagne. I bellissimi siti della natura madre circondano la cabina rocciosa di Rose Hill e in occasione di un orso madre ei suoi cuccioli sono conosciuti per vagare. Entrando nella cabina si trova al piano principale che offre la cucina completa, soggiorno con camino a legna, TV e divano letto. Una camera da letto regina vi aspetta con un bagno completo e TV. Il piano superiore offre una camera da letto King con camino a legna, TV e bagno completo. La seconda camera da letto al piano superiore ha TV e un bagno completo nella sala. Al livello inferiore troverete una camera da letto matrimoniale, una TV e un bagno completo. La sala giochi si trova anche al piano inferiore con tavolo da biliardo e una seconda cucina. Rose Hill Roost è una cabina perfetta per una fuga di famiglia e offre privacy per tutti. 10 posti letto

Cabin was very nice and clean! Plenty of room for 10 people. Kitchen was a little small, but it worked out for us. Some of the interior doors did not completely shut. Views were amazing from all 3 porches. But he road to the cabin was sketchy, not safe for someone with bad vision, or someone who cant see at night. Check in/out was great. We had no problems during our 3 night stay.

The cabin was beautiful as well as the views. There was plenty of privacy as the nearest cabin was down the road a little. Breathtaking sunset views of the mountains from the front porch. The road was decently narrow and steep with some sharp turns but easy to navigate during the daytime. My only complaint would be there weren't many extra towels or toilet paper for a week long stay.

Rustic Getaway

Christmas Visit

The cabin was wonderful! The sunrise and sunsets were amazing, even in December. The drive up the mountain was a little tricky but manageable and they really meant it when they said it's best to have 4 wheel drive. The owner was quick to respond via text messages. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and it was nice to have access to several pots, pans and even a crockpot. They had fire wood split and ready for us. The only thing we wished we had was a broom and dustpan to help sweep up. Definitely worth the 6hr drive to get there!!!

Kitchen and dining area was too small for a family of 8. Bedrooms were of good size. No common use bathroom on main living floor. Beautiful views.

Family Time

Cabin was great. Road up to cabin required careful driving. Only issue was there was no dishwasher detergent, only a tiny amount of dish detergent & no soap in 1 bathroom. View from cabin was beautiful & the cabin was very comfortable.

First cabin experience

This was our first cabin experience and it was the best. Can’t wait to go back. Everything was great, and in close location to the smoky mountains national park and the strip where shops and food was located. Our second morning we woke up to a momma bear and babies visiting us. We loved it!! We will be back.

Smokey Mountains cabin

The place was amazing. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 kids under 2 years of age. Easy to get to pigeon forge and gatlinburg. The owner was easy to reach and communicate with. The best part was the visit from the Momma Bear and her Bear cubs.

Grandkid vacation

Overall it was good. The bears are there so be careful watch your surroundings. Do not and I repeat do not drive a dually truck because of the road getting to cabin there are a few curves that we had to back up pull forward and back up to get around the curve. Little scary. My 4 wheel drive 1/2 ton done ok but be careful. The kitchen is for one person but it’s not like I was in there all the time. Close to town. Just hope it does not rain. I got woke up at 4 in the morning with water smack dab in the middle of my head. Just poured real quick and quit. We have no idea where it came from. That was in the bedroom close to the kitchen. Needs bedding and mattresses updated. Dont leave the light on at night in the bathroom close to the kitchen because the outside flying bugs get in some kinda way they will be everywhere in the floor and tub next morning. Plenty dishes could use update in pots and pans. It was all clean though. Would I stay again I would say yes.

Fun College Friend Reunion

The views were amazing! The road up was a little scary because it was wet from light rain. Very nice to have 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Love that there was a lower porch with great views also! Two complaints about supplies provided. There was absolutely no soap for any of the bathrooms for washing hands or bathing-not even the cheap little bar soaps. Property descriptions said basic soap was provided but none was to be found! Second complaint-no dishwasher powder or pods. We enjoyed cooking and staying in for a couple of meals but had to be sure to go buy some dishwasher pods so we could run the dishwasher before cooking breakfast the last morning of our weekend. This is a basic supply that should be provided along with some form of soap for hand washing!

The cabin was very roomy . Room for two suv to park. Enough things to do as a family . In between pigeon, Forge and Gatlinburg. The host was very nice to help us with questions we had. We would recommend this cabin.

Rose Hill Roost

This quaint, rustic, cozy mt. cabin is perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. We enjoyed the wood burning fire place and hot tub. Everything was great except the beds were very hard. The views were beautiful and the cabin was stocked with everything we needed. This is the perfect place for a mt experience but don’t expect luxury accommodations. It is very high up on a hairpin curved road. I would recommend a 4 wheel drive, especially in winter months.
