  • È quasi il paradiso in cima all'Elk Springs Resort con vista illimitata sul Monte. LeConte e le Great Smoky Mountains. Si può godere di una vista sulle montagne da tutti e 3 i livelli in questa cabina. Goditi un film nella tua sala privata con poltrone reclinabili in pelle e uno schermo da teatro da 9 piedi. 4 camere da letto, 3. 5 bagni, 6 lettori DVD, 2 grandi TV a schermo piatto, grill a gas e sauna! Perfetto per adulti e bambini. Con una sala giochi di livello inferiore e un soppalco di livello superiore, c'è un sacco di spazio per distendersi per la pace e la tranquillità (specialmente quando si portano i bambini).



    Entra nel livello principale e ammira la vista del Monte. LeConte attraverso la parete di vetro di 25 piedi nella grande sala. Apprezzerete le travi a vista e le boiserie in questa nuova cabina, soprattutto nella grande sala con comodi posti a sedere per 6 persone. La sala da pranzo adiacente con bar per la colazione e cucina completa con mobili in ciliegio comprende elettrodomestici e lavastoviglie in acciaio inossidabile aggiornato così come la maggior parte degli utensili da cucina, pentole e padelle di cui avrete bisogno. (macchina da caffè, frullatore, frullatore, tostapane, microonde, ice maker).



    La suite padronale romantica con letto king size e materasso di fascia alta, bagno completo, cabina doccia e vasca idromassaggio a forma di cuore per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di escursioni. Una lavatrice / asciugatrice e un mezzo bagno completano il livello principale.



    Al piano superiore è un soppalco letto e zona salotto con divano letto matrimoniale e una splendida vista sulle montagne. La seconda master suite con letto king size, doccia a pioggia vasca idromassaggio e finestra personalizzata per una vista panoramica sulle montagne e la camera a castello per bambini sono in fondo al corridoio dalla zona soppalcata. La camera a castello per bambini dispone di letti queen sopra la regina che possono facilmente ospitare adulti.



    Tempo di gioco! Il livello inferiore presenta un tavolo da biliardo, tavolo da air hockey, sauna, sala teatro con schermo da 9 piedi, progetto HD e suono surround. Abbiamo menzionato la barra piena bagnata? Fuori sul ponte è la vasca idromassaggio con una splendida vista sulle montagne.

Great Amenities for a Not So Great (maybe older) Cabin

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Elk Springs & have been 10 year loyal customers! This cabin was booked by my family because the initial cabin we selected was pulled from the rental program. This cabin had everything our 4 kids love!! BUT.... For the parents & grandparents the Showers are TINY & the fact that you can hear EVERYTHING between floors is a HUGE NO for Us!! Every footstep, every conversation, every laugh,cough. Every MOVEMENT can be heard no matter if it's up or downstairs. Mornings/ Nights are hard if everyone isn't on the exact same schedule! I always clean upon arrival but I will say this time we had to rewash all bed covers due to musty odor & 1 kid getting a rash after a nap ontop of the covers. We had lots of fun on our trip. We will stay with Elk Springs again, we'll just keep trying out different cabins. They all have had something we've loved!!!

They are organized, professional, and easy to work with, and all the cabins have been PHENOMENAL. Easy to book, clear and easy instructions for renting and checking in/checking out. The location of Almost Heaven is convenient to all the fun but perfectly secluded. The layout was great for our multifamily crew. There was plenty to entertain everyone from small kiddos to adults. The mountain views were perfect. Love this company and loved this cabin.

Cabin issues

We have stayed in Elk Springs several times and enjoyed. This trip more of a challenge. Upon arrival, a section of metal roofing from our cabin was in the driveway - and water had leaked into all 3 bedrooms. It was apparently in that condition for some time.will say staff was gracious and efficient finding us a new cabin, but it was a significant downgrade. Alternate cabin had uncomfortable beds, the carpet was old and stained badly. Poor view, The kitchen was not well equipped, sections of the hot tub jets did not work.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin while nice, is in need of a deep cleaning inside and out (out meaning power washing the decks/porches). The cabin location was good and close to Gatlinburg. On arrival google did route us to the cabin from Seviervile via north powdermill road, this is a very small and dangerous road which should be avoided imo. Although a longer route I would suggest arrivals and departure via Gatlinburg which is the route we used the remainder of our trip.

The carpet was dirty and stained. There were clothes left in the closet from the previous occupants. There was food under the bed on the first floor. The lower bedroom was dusty. The hockey machine wasn’t working properly. The TV in the lower room wouldn’t change channels. My most serious complaint was that the windows were foggy needing replaced. Doesn’t matter if you have a view, if you can’t look through the windows to see it. Will not ever stay there again and would never recommend it to anyone.

They have always been extremely clean, well equipped with basic necessities, amazing decor, and in great locations. This trip in 2022 Nov was way different. There were things broken like the fridge, blood stains on our let out sofa, the beds and tables in every room was sticky with some sort of smudge, the rocking chairs were broken outside I nearly hurt myself, the Tv’s were so tiny compared to our previous trip with the same resort. All in all the cleaning crew did not do a good job and whoever is suppose to restock and repair didn’t do a good job neither

We were very disappointed this time. As soon as we entered 1/2 the lights in the kitchen were out, the ice maker was frozen and when you sat on the couch you sank to the floor. There was food on the floor from the last occupant and the cabinets were all greasy. There was dust on the furniture and they did not disclose we couldn’t use the fireplace. When we took the center mat off the dining table it stuck with all the old food that was under it. After a great trip to Abrams Falls we tried to use the jacuzzi finding dirt in the bottom of it, pieces of purple plastic floating in it and the aerators not working. When I used the out door grill I found the floor beneath it coated with a large pile of grease from previous uses. This was once a great cabin but its now rundown and ill kept. I DO NOT recommend staying at this cabin until it is cleaned, repaired and updated.

Lack of Cleanliness

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was easy. Location was great. Plenty of parking. Upon check in the first thing we noticed was some trash around the trash bins outside on the ground that had not been cleaned up and beer bottle lids on the ground. Upon entering , overall it looked clean but during our stay we noticed the following: Drawers/cabinets that hold utensils not clean, cabinets were sticky. Not enough cookware. Bottom Refrigerator drawer broken. Coffe pot resevoir not clean. Tub in master bath- jets looked black and not clean. For this reason did not get to use the tub. No tables on upper deck to sit things on while grilling. Door to main level balcony would not lock. No chairs, table, or hooks to hang towlels on bottom deck where hot tub was. Hot tub dirty. Bottom game room floor sticky and dirt under couch. No trash can in game room bar area. Bottom room shower floor very dirty. Could not open outside trash bins to put our trash in. Propert appears to get a surface only clean but rarely a deep cleaning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our fifth time staying with Elk Springs Resort, and we will never book with anyone else. They are organized, professional, and easy to work with, and all the cabins have been PHENOMENAL. Easy to book, clear and easy instructions for renting and checking in/checking out. The location of Almost Heaven is convenient to all the fun but perfectly secluded. The layout was great for our multifamily crew. There was plenty to entertain everyone from small kiddos to adults. The mountain views were perfect. Love this company and loved this cabin.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin was located in a nice area and was easy to get to. I would say it was as clean as I expected for such a large cabin. Some of the floors still felt dirty. There isn’t much lighting for a cabin this size and we found it was dark. During the day the large windows provided much needed light but at dark or on a cloudy day the cabin could use more lights. Several of the light bulbs were out or flickered on and off but I did not contact anyone to bring new bulbs. The theater room was amazing! By far our most favorite part of the cabin.
