Questa è una capanna di tronchi di 3600 piedi quadrati situata nella zona del Golf Creek di Cobbly Nob a Gatlinburg, Tn. Abbiamo una fantastica vista sul Parco nazionale delle Grandi Montagne Fumose. C'è un torrente ai margini della proprietà che attraversa il campo da golf, fornendo un suono molto rilassante. Ci sono 3 ponti per godersi la vista.

L'ultimo piano contiene la cucina, la zona giorno aperta e due camere da letto (letti king e queen). Tutte le camere sono separate per la privacy e ognuna ha il proprio bagno privato. C'è una TV a schermo piatto da 42 'con HD e un camino elettrico nella zona giorno. Sono due tavoli da pranzo, sufficienti per ospitare 10-12 facilmente. La camera da letto principale ha un enorme cabina armadio e un enorme bagno con vasca idromassaggio e doccia. C'è una tv HD a schermo piatto da 32 'nella camera da letto principale. Il ripostiglio contiene una lavatrice e asciugatrice, ferro e asse da stiro. La vasca idromassaggio si trova sul ponte anteriore a questo livello.

Il secondo piano è la sala giochi deluxe che contiene un tavolo da biliardo full size, biliardino e ping pong (ping pong). C'è un camino elettrico nella sala giochi. Ci sono due camere da letto separate, ognuna con bagno privato. La camera da letto matrimoniale ha una piccola camera adiacente con un letto a castello full size (full / full). Questo è ottimo per famiglie con bambini. Nuova tv a schermo piatto da 32 'nella camera matrimoniale. C'è un balcone fuori dalla sala giochi per il tuo piacere di visione.

Il livello inferiore è il teatro. Questa camera da 10 'x 40' ha una smart tv da 80 'e un lettore DVD blu ray. Abbiamo fornito poltrone reclinabili per il tuo comfort visivo. C'è anche un mobile bar con forno a microonde e bagno completo su questo piano. Un letto di registro singolo che può ospitare 1 è a questo livello. Ci sono due porte d'uscita dal teatro al balcone.

The picture in the listing is not the cabin being rented. The inside is nice but in need of fixing broken things, the floor in the bathroom is soft and broken. The blinds are broken in some rooms, the curtains are missing, the curtains rods are pulled out of the walls as well as the towel rods. The porches on all three levels are not safe. We could not let the kids out to play on them and the adults did not feel safe walking out on them. This property is being neglected. The last time I stayed on this mountain was 18 years ago . This does not seem like the same beautiful area it was. The owner had the cleaning crew come clean the cabin but that meant we could not be in for hours after the initial 4pm check in. The place was filthy. Toilets were clogged. They were still that way when we came back after they were to be cleaned. We took care of the issue. Good thing we had a plumber with us. The pool table and the ping pong table has seen some better days. I was given my cleaning fee back but I wasn’t the one that left the place a mess. This place needs TLC especially the 3 decks. Those are safety hazards and someone can be seriously hurt.

This cabin truly was "something special" exactly as advertised. Clean, plenty of space and amenities. We had a wonderful time making unforgettable memories and will definitely stay here again.

The place was big enough. Had to fight off ladybugs. They were all over the cabin. The cabin wasn’t that clean. There was nothing to have to start up with. The hot tub water smelled Mold.

We had 13 Travelers (10 adults, 3 kids).Pros:*There was plenty of room for all of us! *The kitchen was plenty big enough and had all the cooking tools we needed. *Game room was a lot of fun.*The check-in process was very smooth. *The owners answered messages quickly. *The jet tub was amazing and perfect for the kiddos to play in!*Beautiful scenery!Cons:*The bed in the master was so loud. It would wake me up every time I turned over. The room below could also hear it. *The light in the master didn't work and the fan would only work on low. The owner said they had another one to replace it with. *The ceiling fan in the other bedroom on the top floor was extremely loud. *We never got to use the theater because the TV wouldn't connect to the wi-fi. I messaged the owner and they sent the handyman the following day. We weren't there when he was and never got a response as to why it still wasn't working. *There are 4 garbage cans, but with 13 people, we filled them up kind of quickly! Contacted the owner and they gave me the number to have the garbage picked up. I called, but it wasn't picked up before we left. *There are 2 baby gates there, but they didn't fit on either set of stairs. *We had to purchase tips and chalk for the pool table.Overall, it was a great experience! As long as the master bedroom issues were fixed, I would totally stay there again!!

This cabin was amazing. We loved every minute of it. Our only complaint was that we couldn’t stay longer. The entire cabin is so cozy and inviting. The hot tub was perfection. The only issue we had was that the bed in the master bedroom was super squeaky and every movement at night woke me up bc it was very noisy

The cabin was very nice, however the parking wasn’t as the picture of the cabin represented. There needs to be newer photos put on the website. The whole front of the cabin is totally different. The tv in the living room didn’t work, however the owner did replace it the evening before we left. We made due though with games. The hot tub was awesome, everyone enjoyed it.It’s a little bit scary getting up to the cabin but that comes with the territory! lol We did get a taste of mountain life, the morning we were getting ready to leave, we had a visit from a bear, he sniffed around then scampered off. Makes for a lasting memory!

This house is great - very peaceful! Way bigger than we expected so our group of 12 had plenty of space. Also, very clean. We had plenty to do at the house - pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, books and a hot tub. Although we couldn't see the golf course due to the leaves on the trees, we did have beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains. We saw a mama bear with 2 cubs! She also helped herself to food left in an unlocked vehicle so heed the warning! No damage done. There are more trees than pictured, and a covered porch has been added to the front. We loved the tall ceilings, huge windows and spacious bedrooms. Even the bunk room was cozy. Location was great especially since most of us were there to golf. If you enjoy wading in a river and/or hiking, I highly recommend the Greenbrier Picnic area in the national park. There are several pull-offs with great areas to get in the river. Our favorite was the second pull-off on the left after the road turns to dirt. The drive up to the house, Andrew's Way, is typical for cabins in Gatlinburg - curvy, narrow in places and a little steep but not too steep that you need 4-wheel drive. The driveway is also doable, but the minivan scraped every time even with us turning around and going in, so we ended up parking it in the lower driveway which was so much easier. Two vehicles easily fit at the top and two at the bottom.The hosts are great! Quick to respond. Super easy check-in. Highly recommend booking your stay here!

We loved the location. The cabin is spacious and easily accomodated our party of 9. There is plenty of indoor and ourdoor seating. The owner gave us check in information ahead of time, which was helpful. Other communication was not as good. I had requested, but not expected to be allowed to check in early since our drive was shorter. Unfortunately, the property was not cleaned in time for our 4 pm check in, and we had to wait 1.5 hrs before gaining access. Upon entering, we found a dirty sock left behind, and one of the bedspreads smelled terrible. This cabin is older and in need of repair. Part of the deck is weathered and unsafe. Rather than fixing it, an additional rail was erected to prevent access. There are old boards and shingles under the front porch. The kitchen had a mix of pots/pans/utensils, etc. in various stages of their life.We were able to find what we needed to prepare meals. We did have to purchase wine glasses, as there were none. The refrigerator was supposed to have a water filter, but it was missing. The worst thing abiut this cabin was the humidity problem on the lower level. We needed all of the bedrooms for our family, which meant people were sleeping in the lower level, which also houses the theater. It was very humid in there, even with dehumidifiers running constantly. The dehumidifiers could not keep up, and are not self draining. The couple sleeping there had to get up at least twice each night to empty them when they alarmed.

LARGE ENOUGH FOR EVERYONE

We stayed at Something Special last week. There were 4 adults and 6 kids, 16 to 2. The home was large enough for everyone and there was plenty for everyone to do. There is a 'friendly' neighborhood bear who likes pop tarts...Just make sure you lock your car door ALWAYS as he comes back nightly to check on them! It's an easy drive into Gatlinburg and has a pizza place, BBQ joint and cafe 5 minutes away.

We arrived and didn't lock the car when we first arrived. Before we could unload the car, the neighborhood BOO BOO the Bear decided to have a snack. Fortunately no damage to the car!
