  • Una grande sala con un camino di 30 piedi, circondata da pavimento al soffitto fisso vetrate vi accoglie a Knotty & Nice. Rilassatevi nella vostra casa stanza privata theatre con schermo teatro 9 piedi e in pelle reclinabili posti a sedere del teatro. Fine di una giornata a Gatlinburg nella propria sauna, circondata dal profumo di cedro. 4 camere da letto, 4. 5 bagni, tavolo da biliardo, air hockey e vasca idromassaggio privata. A ben pensato di installazione dove i bambini possono giocare nella sala giochi e gli adulti possono tranquillamente riunirsi nella grande sala o rilassarsi e leggere un libro nella zona salotto soppalco. 3 master suite con letti king size e bagno privato e una camera a castello separata al piano di sotto con letto sopra le cuccette queen è perfetto per 4 bambini o anche adulti. Internet wireless gratuito!

We weren’t able to use the Jacuzzi tub or the dish washer, towels they provided were a dingy. All area rugs needed replaced or cleaned. We made the best of it and did enjoy our stay.

They are clean, well-maintained, have great amenities in each cabin and are a great location for us. We love them, and keep coming back!

We were able to rent 3 cabins on the same road, each with enough space for us to get together for large family meals. Knotty & Nice is a wonderful house; beautifully finished, very clean, comfortable beds, great entertainment options downstairs (pool table, foosball, arcade game, theater room and sauna, with a hot tub on the deck). We loved the house. The resort staff were great at communicating with us at every step.

Everyone slept great, they had plenty of room to hang out, cooking in the kitchen was very easy (functional), laundry nightly for uniforms and tons of entertainment inside the house for the boys between the arcade, jacuzzi, sauna, pool table, fuusball (sp?) table, and movie theatre. Would highly recommend for large family (or team).

However, when we arrived there was a dirty towel hanging over the bathroom door like someone used it to clean and there was still food in the cabinets, which wasn’t a huge deal but coming in I didn’t expect that. The dishwasher wasn’t working but maintenance came super fast to fix it before it was time for us to check off the last thing needed for check out. Overall we had a great time, and the cabin was lovely. I would definitely stay again

However, the heat went out on us and the projector in the theater room would not play; as if the screen is going out. That same Cheetos that was mentioned in a previous review was still in the chair in theater room. Housekeeping is not cleaning properly if they same Cheeto was there from I don’t know how long. The knives in the kitchen needs to be replaced. They are very full.

Worth it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a wonderful 8 days at this cabin. Perfect week for fall colors. They got better with each day. First thing in the morning had the fire going. So relaxing while watching the sun rise. Cabin was clean and filled our expectations. Just a comment to consider, there is a small oak tree at the corner of the deck that will hinder the view of the mountain at some point, the mountain view is beautiful, however it won't be there long. Some updated view pictures are suggested as well.

Reviewer Comments: We received a call just prior to our arrival that our cabin had no water and we could not stay in it. another cabin was assigned, but reading the google reviews, they were not good. I told the manager on duty that and she reassured me the cabin was very clean. we had no choice and agreed to it, but it was not clean when we arrived. there was blood on the quilt, broken glass in the dish closet, an opened water bottle on the floor behind a door, candy wrappers on the TV system in the theater, floors were not clean. I was very disappointed and called the manager. This trip was planned for months and it was not a good way to start. I cleaned everything myself even though they offered to send someone to reclean.

We call for a tech to fix but the issue never got resolved 3 people out of the 12 got sick and we did not get to enjoy the botton floor. This is the second time we have had problems with this company will not be booking again

The cabin itself was beautiful and had plenty of amenities we made full use of with the hot tub sauna and home theater. The location and drive to it was also very nice and it was super close to both gatlinburg and pigeon forge which made site seeing easy as well.Only slight complaint was a stain on the bed sheet that covered the mattress that was underneath the sleeping sheet.
