The Space:

Here is the awesome layout (Sleeps 18)

•1st Floor:

Living room, kitchen, indoor pool (4ft deep, not heated) , 2 bedrooms with double ensuite bathroom, 1 hallway bathroom, backyard with hot tub, BBQ grill, and fire pit.

•2nd Floor:

Game room, 6 bedrooms 3 bathrooms (every bedroom has direct access to a bathroom), and upper deck.



•Living Room & Dining Room

Huge open space living room with streaming HDTV and dining room that seats 12.



•Bedrooms and Bedding:

8 fabulous bedrooms. 6 King beds, 2 Queen beds, and 4 twin bunk beds.



•Kids Items:

There is also a Pack N Play baby crib, stroller, and baby high chair so that your baby can live like a local. We have linens & bedding from Bed Bath & Beyond for everything.

Free WIFI is provided across the entire home.

•Kitchen:

Use the full kitchen with coffee makers, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and more to cook your own meals and our full size refrigerator/freezer to store anything you want. Kitchen includes many essentials.



Coffee:

We have both a Keurig coffee maker and a regular ground coffee maker. We have supplied ground coffee, sugar, and mixers for you. If you’d like to use Keurig pods, you can pick them up at one of the nearby convenience stores.



•Pets:

Up to 2 pets are allowed in our home. There is a pet fee of $199 per reservation (up to 2 pets.) The pet fee must be paid prior to your arrival. Please do not let your pets climb on top of the furniture or damage our home. If your pets shed any hair, please clean up after them. You will be responsible for any excessive cleaning fees or damage caused by your pets. Thank you so much.



•Easy Check In/Out:

For your convenience, the check in and check out process is completely automated. You can arrive anytime after the check in time and check out anytime before the check out time. All that information, plus a complete digital guide to our house and city will be sent to you after your booking.
