    Convenientemente situato vicino al centro di Gatlinburg, alla stazione sciistica e al parco divertimenti di Ober Gatlinburg e al Parco Nazionale delle Grandi Montagne Fumose, godrai della posizione privilegiata vicino a tutte le cose meravigliose che c'è da vedere e da fare mentre sei in vacanza in montagna.

    Il livello principale del campo base è davvero uno spettacolo! Con un'eccezionale attenzione ai dettagli e decorazioni e arredi di lusso, adorerai tutto ciò che questo noleggio di cabine di Gatlinburg ha da offrire.

    La zona giorno mozzafiato è adornata con lussuosi mobili in pelle, HDTV a schermo piatto da 50 "con audio surround e una piccola area ufficio / studio.

    La bella cucina gourmet è dotata di portabottiglie, ripiani rigidi e elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile.

    Vicino alla cucina si trova la sala da pranzo che può ospitare comodamente fino a 8 persone.

    Mentre attraversi il campo base, inizierai a notare tutti gli aggiornamenti personalizzati e tocchi eleganti. Noterai il soffitto della cattedrale con accenti di travi a vista, lampade uniche nel loro genere e calde tonalità del legno naturale.

    Al livello principale si trova la master suite totalmente romantica, simile a una spa. Con un comodo letto king size e un lussuoso bagno completo in suite con lavandino nel vestibolo e vasca da bagno con accenti di piastrelle.

    Fai una passeggiata fino al livello inferiore ed entrerai nella seconda zona giorno. Questa zona giorno presenta un secondo camino in pietra accentuata e un grande HDTV a schermo piatto da 42 ". Il rilassante divano componibile è perfetto per coccolarsi con un buon libro o godersi un pisolino pomeridiano.

    Al largo del secondo soggiorno si trova l'area del tavolo da biliardo. Ecco dove ti divertirai a sfidare tutti a una partita veloce o a competere l'uno contro l'altro per vedere chi è il campione del giocatore di biliardo.

    Al piano inferiore troverete anche due splendide camere da letto matrimoniali in legno accentate e un bagno completo in comune con lavandino con vestibolo e combinazione doccia / vasca piastrellata personalizzata.

    Se sei venuto in montagna per vivere i grandi spazi aperti, Base Camp offre. Puoi scegliere tra due livelli di mazzi meravigliosi. Il ponte superiore ha due aree. Uno che è aperto dove puoi goderti la visione delle stelle notturne scintillanti o guardare le montagne tutto il giorno. L'altra area sul ponte superiore è coperta, nel caso in cui dovesse piovere o se hai bisogno di un po 'd'ombra per goderti il tuo tè o limonata.

    Il ponte al piano inferiore è completamente coperto e offre posti a sedere aggiuntivi e la vasca idromassaggio all'aperto rilassante, rigenerante e gorgogliante.

    Nei mesi più caldi, assicurati di mettere in valigia crema solare, costumi da bagno e giochi da piscina perché avrai accesso alla piscina del resort, al campo da tennis e al parco giochi per bambini.

Gatlinburg

It was good. We enjoyed the cabin and the beautiful view. The price was not bad especially for a last minute booking. The roads going to the cabin is very dangerous.

Great view

Beautiful views! Nice layout and Comfy beds. Not as large as it looked online but perfect for our familyof four. The kitchen could use some oven mitts and hand towels. Also, make sure to bring a hair dryer!

Long weekend

Overall our stay was good. The location was nice and the linens were clean, however the only thing I had to rate low was the actual cleanliness of the cabin as a whole. I’m not sure whoever they are using to clean did a thorough job.

Overall good

Over all stay was good did not like that the washer and dryer was located in the basement. You had to go outside to get to the door.

Needs work

The beds need to be overhauled - very uncomfortable. The HVAC was not consistent between the first and second floors. The flatware needs to be replenished. The views were great.

Basecamp was a great place to spend Christmas

First the positives- the view was spectacular. We loved sitting on the deck, weather permitting, and gazing at the mountain. The kitchen and dining areas were perfect. The primary bedroom was also well equipped with a comfortable bed and a nice, walk-in shower. The living room afforded an amazing view with a very efficient fireplace. We loved the woodwork that wrapped the rooms. The wi-fi connection, overall, was good. Some of the features, however, were in need of attention. The coffee carafe was broken only for us to discover a spare under the sink at the end of our visit. I am not sure why housekeeping did not set it out. The kitchen was not equipped with potholders or a cookie sheet, but we were able to improvise. The mattresses downstairs should be updated. We also felt the downstairs was not as clean as it should have been. The pool table pockets were torn. The washer and dryer were in an unfinished basement that wasn't a good place to do laundry, but to be fair, there doesn't appear to be another place in the dwelling for these appliances. We paid a significant amount for the 4-night stay, and for the amount, these details should be addressed. With all that being said, we enjoyed our stay, and would give Basecamp 4.5 stars.

Bed Bug!

As always, the Smoky Mountains did not disappoint us, however Base Camp did! My daughter woke up the morning after our first night's stay with bug bites on her arms and legs that were not there when she went to bed. We examined the bed sheets, mattress and box springs as well as dusting under the bed and found evidence of bed bugs (excrement & obvious exoskeleton remains of bed bugs). We notified the agency immediately and provided pictures of our findings. They said they would send a pest control service technician to inspec. We were later notified that they did not find anything and would not relocate us per our request. We stayed only because we had small children with no other options. Praying these pests do not come home with us!

Nice but needs attention!

We thought we’d walked into upstairs from street, however you come in from downstairs, which made climbing the stairs an issue for my mother with hip/knee issues. Cabin was overall nice, however there were definitely issues that would make me not rent this one again. No Wi-fi was a huge issue! The pics showed a box & there was in one there but nope…didn’t work. All 3 beds were so loud and creaky…plan on waking the other one up if you move. Kitchen needs quite a few more essentials, such as utensils, pot holders, even just salt & pepper. Not much seating upstairs for 5 (not counting table chairs). We didn’t spend much time downstairs except to sleep….it’s much colder & a bit musty. Major temp difference in the 2 floors. Hot tub was great, the view was beautiful & location was perfect!

Short Vacation

Had a great stay, absolutely beautiful views. Cabin could definitely be dusted and hardwood floors mopped. But overall it is a nice cabin. We did get to encounter a bear on lower level in back yard. Which made the stay awesome!

Peaceful place

Everything was as stated on the listing, no complaints. It was close enough to the action in Gaitlinburg but also far enough away that at the end of the day we had absolute peace and quiet.

Cabin needs serious upgrades

The location of this cabin was fantastic. However the cleanliness was terrible and I wouldn't say it had any amenities. You can tell this cabin hasn't been updated in a very long time. Broken fixtures, pool table was unusable, mattresses/beds downstairs need updated, there is no wifi in the cabin, laundry room is outside, downstairs in a moldy-smelling basement room. Very inconvenient. Bottom floor rooms always felt damp, pots/pans needed updated (mgmt did send new set), no pot holders, no backup toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, etc. , a lot of light bulbs inside/out burned out, a lot or large cobwebs outside all over the doors/windows, broken door handles, second floor deck railing held on by one wood screw (very unsafe) The list goes on and on. We've stayed in a lot of rentals and this was in the bottom 3 for sure. I don't recommend staying here until the rental company/owner do some serious upgrades to the property.

Great Cabin

This was a great cabin. It did lack WiFi which was not made clear. It also had minimal cooking material that were up to date but overall a great stay and had some visits from neighbors daily (bears) that were awesome to see. Overall would recommend this cabin.

Not worth the price.

Where do I begin? Hot water handle broken on sink in master bath Jacuzzi jets in master bath were filthy and disgusting huge tear in the felt on the pool table Had to unscrew the bulbs in the ceiling fan in the master bedroom to run the fan at night. Bar of soap left open on bathroom vanity Most buttons on the hot tub didn't work Ice maker disabled Track light over bar would flicker all the time Broken toilet seat in downstairs bath NO water pressure Railings on both decks were very old and not stable, however maintenance did come out and measure to install new ones. The beds creaked horribly. Woke us up every time we turned in our sleep. We let management know and they did offer to have someone come out but we weren't comfortable having people come in while we weren't there. As we were on vacation we didn't want to be stuck in the cabin for a whole day. We did enjoy our time, Gatlinburg is always fun but we'll find lodging elsewhere in the future.
