Overall had a excellent experience at this location! View was fantastic and could take it in from many places in or around the house. Outside offered lots of kids activities, but beware of those lovely Gatlinburg bears as we seen a few right by our cars!The house inside and out was beautiful and worked well for our group of 11 both in space and things to do. Pool of course was at the top of the kids list and was a decent size for 4-6 mods to be in easily and it was a very clean space.I'd give this property a 3.5 however and below is my list of reason.- With a rental this large the kitchen was stocked well but unfortunately the dishwasher was not the best at getting things cleaned. -The bedrooms were all very well put together but there was not nearly enough extra sheets and pillows based on the occupancy size for the home.- The basement bedrooms we had lots of issues with bugs getting into all the bedrooms in the basement. I understand in the mountains this will happen but it was quite excessive sometimes 20-30 a day were found. Mostly small bettles and centipedes, but non the less should not be this big of an issues at a luxury rental. Also the vr area was non existent and the vr was nasty and not working. Downstairs lrg TV was also broken.- The pool was great but the lack of a rinse off shower in the wet room coupled with no pool towels being available and having to bring your own just doesn't make sense with this large of a rental in my opinion.
