A long weekend getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I found Elk Springs Resort Facebook page thru a search to find a cabin for a long weekend away. It was easy to navigate the page on there was a season discount for the cabin. Once we was there the cabin was easy to find, close to the strip,and had a beautiful view. The cabin was very clean. We enjoyed playing the video game system as well as a game of pool on the pool table. The hot tub was perfect in the evenings and the see thru fireplace from the living room to the bedroom was very nice. We will definitely consider this cabin again!

Perfect Getaway

Honeymoon stay

My husband and I were on honeymoon and this cabin was the perfect stay. Not to far from town but far enough to not hear all the cars on the main roads. When we didn’t feel like going into town the pool table, arcade games, and hot tub were a great way to stay busy. The property managers we excellent for the whole process and questions we had they were happy to answer.

Reviewer Comments: The location was great high enough to enjoy the mountains but low enough to get to the city without anxiety.......Only one issue was the old model TV, not able to use apps like Netflix and the cable channels were very limited. No TV in the bedroom just the living room. And the pockets on the pool table were worn so the balls keep hitting the floor. Otherwise cabin is as described......yes I would book again

The cabin had all the amenities you would want. The cabin is also conveniently located from the Alamo steakhouse, which is only a 2 min drive down the mountain.

The cabin itself was nice, and the game room was fun. The kitchen was adequately stocked. However, the walls and overall cabin could have been cleaner. There were spiderwebs in the corners of the ceilings.There was stains on the comforter. When we called for a new one, they were very accommodating, but sent a mantienance man over to leave new bed clothes at the door, without changing or taking the old ones. When we removed the old sheets, the mattress protector was covered in stains and hair. It was unnerving knowing the only thing between us, and that, for an entire week, would be a sheet. There was only one roll of tissue in the bathroom, so we had to buy our own. Also, the steep hill to the property wasn't ideal and should have been more accurately depicted in the listing. Overall, this cabin has the potential to be great, if better maintained.

We had no idea that the Central air was not working. The air conditioners were a bit noisy, but all in all it was a blessed vacation staying at the Inspiratiobal Point Cabin.

After hiking all day it was great to unwind in the outdoor hot tub. However, the parking was tight and a little difficult, and lack of spare roll of toilet paper. One roll for 2 with 4 1/2 days .

The beautifully appointed cabin served as an excellent escape from the bustling Gatlinburg strip. Less than a mile from the Greenbrier Restaurant, and slightly more than a mile from downtown the location is perfectly situated. The jacuzzi tub, gas fireplace, and outdoor hot tub make this cabin perfect for a couple who are looking to relax after a long day walking either downtown or any of the scenic trails of Smokey Mountains National Park

The view from the deck was stunning, especially at sunset, and the hot tub was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring Gatlinburg.We loved how close it was to town for wine tasting and other activities, but still far enough out to feel secluded and quiet. The hosts were responsive and provided clear check-in instructions. Overall, it was a perfect mix of comfort, privacy, and adventure—definitely a stay we’ll remember and recommend.
