Enjoy up to $1100 in free tickets everyday of your stay just for choosing us. Enjoy the hot tub on the wrap around porch, and fire pit in the front yard or enjoy a game of pool or arcade from the upstairs loft. With so much to do and see, this is it!



The Space:

Downstairs - Full Kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances, Coffee bar with Keurig and Coffee Maker, Hot Tea Bar, Large Dining Room table that sits 8

Two Suites - One Queen Bedroom Suite and One King Bedroom Suite.. Both have private bathrooms... The King Suite has a Shower/Tub Combo and the Queen Suite has a Walk In Shower. Both Bedrooms have plenty of dressers, closet space, and Flat Screen T.v.s

The Living Room has a flat screen t.v. with wifi, basic cable, and seating for 8. The Couch folds into a comfortable Queen Sleeper.

Upstairs-

Pool Table, Twin Bunk Beds, Cozy Futon that folds into a Sleeper, Multicade Arcade Unit

Master King Suite with Flat Screen T.v., Mirrored Walk in Closet, Bathroom with Shower/Tub/Jetted Tub Combo.



Wrap around porch leads to an over-sized hot tub, and patio sectional. Private and secluded.

Walk from the front porch to the wood-burning fire pit and seating area.



3 minutes from Rocky Top Sports World and Gatlinburg Arts and Crafts District

8 minutes to Downtown Gatlinburg Strip and Gatlinburg Convention Center

10 minutes to the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park

20 minutes to Pigeon Forge, The Island, and Dollywood



Guests have access to the Mountain Shadows Resort Pool from May to September. Ask Host for Directions, about a 5 minute drive.. There is a park, playground, dog park, and swimming pool in Phase II.



Starter packs of toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, laundry soap and dish soap are provided. For longer stays, guests might consider purchasing extra.



Guest receive a Welcome package with plant-based wellness products from the local Soap Factory in Pigeon Forge.. This includes body butter, sugar scrub, shower bombs, facial masks, and sleep masks..



The Gatlinburg Recreation Center features an indoor, state-of-the-art swimming pool, fitness center, basketball courts, and bowling alley for a very small daily fee...open year round. Visit their website to find hours open to the public or ask the host.

Guests receive one complimentary ticket to each attraction everyday of their stay just for choosing us. Only one ticket is provided a day to each attraction. Guests must purchase any more tickets that they might need for that day.



Guest Access:

Full access to the cabin.. Located on a dead end. There is a playground at the entrance of the road. Enough parking for 6 vehicles.

Quiet neighborhood, cul-de-sac with a park within walking distance



Getting Around:

Free parking. Ample space for 6 vehicles.

This is simply a complimentary gift for choosing us for your family vacation. Only One ticket to each attraction listed free is available daily. If ticket is not used that day, ticket expires and renews the next day.
