Overall property is well kept, and in great location. We were about 10 minutes from Rocky Top Sportsplex (we were in town for tournament) and just as close to downtown festivities. I would definitely book again.

Spring Break Getaway

We loved the size, location and amenities of the cabin. The game room was nice, hot tub was nice, but every bed except the bunk beds in this cabin needs replacing. The pull out sofa sleeper was broken, the upstairs king mattress slept awful and the downstairs king box spring was completely caved in. We had 7 people listed on our reservation and was given 6 towels and 2 washcloths for everyone so we had to buy more. We enjoyed the game room and hot tub, but we didnt rest well at all.

Here's the Thing....

Location was perfect for Gatlinburg; Hot Tub was FANTASTIC! Everything worked and the views were great. My complaint is VRBO places NEVER provide enough TP, PT, dish soap, laundry soap, face lotion, shampoo, coffee filters, or scrub brushes for dishes. This was true for this location, as well. For the price they charge, getting these items should be guaranteed.

perfect!

This cabin was immaculately clean! The views of the mountains off of the upper porch are amazing, this is the same porch that has the two person hot tub...which worked perfectly! The game room was fun, we were able to play all of the 80 era video games, Galaga was my favorite, but you could also play Donkey Kong, Pac Man, Frogger etc... The location was perfect...literally 5 minutes to Gatlinburg. I would definitely stay there again.

Loved loved.. the staff at Gatlinburg Falls resort. Was extremely nice..got 2 calls also seeing how we were enjoying the trip.. need better pics online of cabin. It was so much better in person. Will definitely be back.

Great Cabin for a Trip With Friends

The property was exactly as described. Quite spacious with lots to do. We all agreed that some of the most fun of our trip was just playing pool and air hockey or relaxing on the balconies. Overall a great place to stay and I definitely would stay again.

Memorable getaway

Our cabin was inviting and cozy. We had plenty of space and things to enjoy at the cabin. A short drive to the outlets or any store. I can't wait to return.

Loved this cabin

This was my first time going to Tennessee so I wasn’t sure what I was looking for exactly location wise. This location was perfect if you plan on visiting Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It’s around 10-15 minutes to Pigeon Forge and around 10 to downtown Gatlinburg depending on traffic. The cabin is absolutely beautiful and has plenty of space. The pool area is nice as well. The kids enjoyed it.
