Nice but disappointing

The actual house was very nice and spacious but the large hot tub did not work and after calling 4 times was finally told that it was broken. Only 3 of the 5 burners on the stove worked. The pools were nice but hot tub there was also broken. Just disappointing when you pay a good chunk to stay here and lacking what was advertised

Just “okay”

This cabin is in need of some upkeep. There’s very little cooking utensils to prepare a meal with. You’ll need to purchase items most likely. Both hot tubs had only one jet working. The pin ball and cart game are both not working. Some of the beds were missing comforters, only thin blanket on top. The main floor has a knocking sound in wall at night while trying to sleep. Never could figure out what that was. The cabin has potential but in need of some TLC. The kitchen was missing drawer facings, cabinet doors broken etc. No bear safe trash receptacle at the cabin and a raccoon that will get in your trash if it’s outside so you’ll need to store trash inside or take it to the entrance of the resort to the dumpster.

Breathtaking Views

The Big Kahuna was simply amazing to say the least. The scene was like an exquisitely priced artistic piece of work. God showed his handy work with the panoramic scenery. This is a bucket list must!

Big and beautiful

This house was large with great views. Plenty of space for large groups. Close to Downtown and not far from Pigeon Forge. Kids had fun in the game room. They do need to supply more towels considering the number of people the house is supposed to hold. They also need to have a few more basic things for the kitchen such as sheet pans, pot holders/gloves, and a skillet bigger than 6”.
