Great Stay Overall! Few Things to Know32 stayed in 20 bedrooms July 2025 and had a fabulous time. A few things to be aware of: Extra kitchen supplies, either bring or buy from a nearby grocery store, Food City. While the house has a variety of pots and pans, a few cookie sheets, utensils, a few ironing boards and irons, but minimal dishes, glasses, and silverware. If you're cooking, bring foil pans, plastic wrap, foil wrap and your tools to prep food. Paper plates, bowls and plastic cups made meals easier. 1 trash liner is supplied per can. Bring 13 gal kitchen trash bags and bigger for 1 larger trash can. Paper towels. 1 roll is supplied. Clean up after yourselves, tiny black ants know where the kitchen is.Noise considerations. The house is close to an intersection, so you may hear traffic, especially at night. Also, sound travels easily from the main level to the lower-level bedrooms, so those sleeping downstairs might hear footsteps or voices from above.Bed and bathroom considerations. Do not wait until bedtime to check the beds. Some rooms were warmer than others, bring a few fans. For several day stay, bring toilet paper. Also, bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Hair dryers are not supplied. No hangers in closets. Washer and dryers. No coins needed. Bring detergent and dryer sheets.Standard rental agreements want you to document any issues with the property. Keep a list and make sure to have 1 person in charge.Fabulous
