Golfer's Paradise & Close to Rocky Top Sports-Mountain and Fairway Views

Le Great Smoky Mountains e i grandi spazi aperti stanno chiamando! Se stai cercando pace e tranquillità o hai solo bisogno di una pausa, questa proprietà è perfetta per te! Rilassati sul ponte o fai delle escursioni all'ingresso vicino al Parco nazionale delle Grandi Montagne Fumose. Dirigiti in città per molte attrazioni divertenti e ottimo cibo.
Gatlinburg è la location che fa per te e il nostro condominio Fairway To Heaven è il posto perfetto per te. Il nostro condominio è a soli 5 minuti di auto dal Rocky Top Sports World e 10 miglia dal centro di Gatlinburg. È stato recentemente ristrutturato e si trova sul fairway del campo da golf di Bent Creek.
La camera da letto principale è arredata con un letto matrimoniale e un bagno completo fuori dalla camera da letto. La seconda camera ha due letti matrimoniali con un bagno completo proprio fuori dal corridoio. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con piatti, pentole, padelle e tutto il necessario per rendere il pasto perfetto. L'area di raccolta ha una zona pranzo, un soggiorno con un grande televisore e un camino a legna. Il ponte ha un tavolo con sedie per sedersi e godersi il panorama !!
Sei a 20 minuti di auto dal centro di Gatlinburg, dall'acquario di Ripley, dai musei, dai ristoranti e dalle radure per l'artigianato fatto a mano. Si trova a circa 5 minuti dall'ingresso Greenbrier al Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Lì troverai sentieri per escursioni, cascate e anche vicino a tubi, pesca, rafting e passeggiate a cavallo. Quando hai finito per la giornata, torna a Fairway To Heaven per sederti sul ponte e goderti il resto della serata !!

Weekend getaway

The property was nice and clean. It would be a great place to relax. It wasn't as convenient for our getaway because of the Christmas traffic it took too long to get there, however it would be perfect any other time.

Hard to find Bedroom option!

We chose this property for the option of 3 actual beds in bedrooms, vs two beds and a couch in a main living space. This is surprisingly hard to find! The space was great for our family of four (two older teens). If anything the photos didn't do the living spaces justice. We also enjoyed being a bit out of the way of the hustle of Gatlinburg.

Simply lovely

We had a wonderful stay at the condo! It was beautifully kept and more spacious than we anticipated. Although we enjoy the shopping and entertainment that Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer, it was nice to unwind in the quiet among the trees on the balcony. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the place for you.

Cobbly Nob Comfort

I stayed in this condo with my friend over Memorial Day weekend. It was so nice having our own bathrooms and super comfortable beds. The property is on a golf course, and the neighbors were friendly. This is an upstairs corner unit. We sat on the balcony one night during a storm and had dinner. It was so peaceful. Everything in the condo works and check in was easy. Would definitely stay again!

Enjoyable with mountain view

Would like to have had a better access to TV viewing channels especially when it comes to sports. Such as golf snd baseball. Had to place a call to the owners to provide guidance on how to access channels offered only on UTube for baseball and other live sporting events.

GR8 overnight stay

THANK YOU for easy, quick communication in answering questions/concerns! Condo clean, quiet, comfortable, beautiful surroundings, accurate description. Did not buy/bring grocery as we planned just to stay overnight, appreciated the coffee grounds in the morning! I'm sure that isn't a stocked feature but whoever left it - thanks :) Ease of ramps to third story condo exceptional, so much better than stairs. Instructions for check-in/check-out were extremely easy and convenient. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family & friends!

GREAT STAY

This was our second stay at this charming condo. It is so close to all that the area offers yet far enough away to be so peaceful and relaxing. The condo was clean and spotless and has everything you could possibly need. Internet is great and the beds are amazing. Thank you for letting us stay again. We will be back!

Distance from parking to unit

You cannot park in front of the unit, instead there is a walkway and a ramp to the third floor. Individuals with mobility issues may have difficulty.

Weekend getaway

It was a great relaxing weekend at Fairway to Heaven. It was supposed to have a trip with our grandson who was going to play in an AAU basketball tournament at the Rockytop Sports Complex, but ended up not playing. So, it was just my wife and I for a relaxing weekend. Thanks.

somewhat disappointing

The cabin is not good for cold weather. We felt guilty running heat so much, but it was always cold. The kitchen should have had more of everything, plates, utensils, pans, etc. It served it's purpose, but it could use some maintenance. As for Gatlinburg, as well as Pigeon Forge, you can keep it. It has gotten so busy, there's not enough eateries for the amount of people, one shouldn't have to wait 3hrs. for dinner. Luckily, 3 Jimmies was available.

Lovely Get Away

We used this condo for the night before and after our wedding. It was so close and convenient to our venue!! It was very clean and the bed was SO comfortable. Our only issue was the sliding bathroom door in the master. It gets stuck very easily and I got stuck in there the morning of my wedding. Thank goodness for strong bridesmaids! Lol. Overall a wonderful stay :)

Fall Break Recharge

We are from Northeast Indiana & had not been down to this area as a family. We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations & the proximity to different points of interest. The neighbor was very sweet & friendly. We will be booking another visit & this is our first choice of places to stay!

Fairway to Heaven

My Brother and I traveled to TN for 4 days before heading over to NC for a wedding. We loved this condo! Not in the heart of Gatlinburg busy section which was a blessing. It was so busy in downtown Gatlinburg. Nice to be away from all that! We enjoyed rafting, horse back riding , and hiking. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We loved it. Would definitely stay again.

Very Clean, Quiet, and Cozy!

Great pillows and mattresses! Super comfortable to sleep. Very clean condo. Quiet (except you can hear the nearby road a little) private, and cozy. Has everything you need. The patio is spacious with comfortable furniture and nice view. Would definitely like to stay here again.
