Be assured of security. Westgate is a gated community with security 24/7 during the week. It is a Non-smoking and small pet friendly resort, (additional non-refundable small pet deposit) and damage deposit required at check in. The resort is less than 2 miles from downtown Gatlinburg and 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge. Several on site heated pools open year-round with hot tubs. The SPA is AWESOME! I speak from experience!!!

*Take advantage of a free shuttle on the resort that runs from 8 A.M. to 11 P.M. to escort guests around the property and to the trolley stops. The city trolley stops right in front of the resort and travels to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge (for a small fee) with stops at several locations including Ripley’s Aquarium.
