So close to town! Room for everyone!

Great Location! The Lodge is a 5 bedroom, 4 bath log cabin sleeps 18 and is located in the heart of the Arts and Crafts Loop, 5 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. The main level features open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas with stone fireplace as, a master suite including a Jacuzzi tub, plus 2 additional bedrooms with king beds and a full bathroom. Upstairs is a large rec room with a flat screen TV, regulation pool table, two bunk beds that sleep 6, and a full bathroom. Downstairs, there are 2 additional bedrooms, both with king beds and flat screen tv's. The house has 7 televisions, wireless internet, hot tub, grill, and a big outdoor table and chairs on the main deck. The resort swimming pool is just steps away. There is also a playground and pavilion area for guests.
Some of the many area attractions are the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Dollywood, Gatlinburg Aquarium, Anakeesta, Ober Gatlinburg (winter ski special), the Arts & Crafts Community, Downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Additionally, our resort is the closest resort to Rocky Top Sports complex.

Cabin is as listed and was very comfortable for all 11 of us. Beds were comfortable and cabin was clean. The only suggestions that I would offer (these are just suggestions related to our crew of 11) would be to have a fridge with an ice maker, maybe a large pot to make soups/chili etc in, cookie sheets, larger cutting board, (we did buy a knife and left for other guests in the future to use), and more containers for trash to be put in. With a large group as ours, we needed more room for disposal. As I said, these are only suggestions. The cabin is located in a good place, close to everything. The grocery store was minutes away and very convenient. The cabin was cozy and welcoming. On the last night we did have a bear for a visitor. Good to see from afar. Communication with host was spot on, got responses quickly. I would defiantly like to stay again in the future and will recommend to family and friends. Thanks for hosting and letting our family stay at your place!

Great property for families traveling for sports. Sports park was 5 minutes away which made the location perfect!!! Lots of space and a loft with games and two queen bunkbeds for the kiddos. Will be staying here again!!!

Our cabin was wonderful! The layout, the comfortable king beds, the 4 bathrooms, the extra long table for Thanksgiving, the amount of parking spaces, the large tv for the Ohio state rivalry and the Alabama rivalry games, and the lovely mountain decor made for a great family holiday. The cabin was very clean and very well updated. She was very responsive for the very minimal things we brought up. Beds were so comfortable and made the stay so much better. Walking around and then getting a great night sleep was amazing.

Really enjoyed ourselves in the quiet environment. Made many memories together.Our last day was uneventful. My nephew put all of his clothes and his wife’s clothes in the back of the truck in a black bag and the bears took them. So remember to lock your doors and don’t put anything in the back of your truck.

First time our large family has been on vacation and not been cramped. Plenty of room for everyone! We had 7 adults and 4 kids (5 and under) - and found the space to be perfect for us. It was clean, check-in was easy and our host was quick, accommodating and helpful. Close to everything, but far enough to enjoy nature and the quiet side of things.

Check in was easy! Host was always available to answer questions and offer assistance. Great, quiet location. Not what I consider to be on the trolly stop, because you have to drive to trolly pick up location, which is a short distance away. We cooked dinner in the cabin each night and found there are ample cooking supplies. Because we ate in nightly, we had lots of garbage. We had to ask for a pickup and he was only able to take 5 bags when he arrived. A/C was not cooling properly. Owner sent someone out to look, but to my knowledge nothing was done and it continued to be extra warm inside, especially in the afternoon and early evening. I had to go buy fans for the loft area to make it bearable for sleeping. House needs some maintenance repairs. For example, many of the faucets are loose, primary shower has a steady drip, smoke detector hanging by a wire instead of installed properly. There was also a spot in the laundry room that looks like it could be black mold. With a few repairs, this would be a great large vacation home.

Family Sized Cabin

This property delivered on everything! The host was wonderful to work with & always available via text or phone call. We had a very minor issue with the grill and they replaced it within an hour!!! We would love to stay here again!

Gatlinburg cabin on Brown Wren Rd

There were no extra towels and washcloths. Ceiling fan and light were shut off at ceiling- no ladder to reach it. Host asked us to stand on bed- safety concern. One of our group fell over hillside and got hurt, needs railing so that doesn't happen to anyone else. Informed days after we left our account will be charged for ruined sheets (some of us took our own) and washcloths and a charge for the property manager to investgate why the police were there (when person fell). Not necessary- police investigated. Everything was checked before we left and was fine. Not happy, not recommending this place.

Fix the grill so your guests can use it. Group had a family meal planned with the meat already purchased when the grill issue arose. Local property manager came over and played with the grill and then claimed it was an issue with the city and the supply of gas. In the end, nothing was fixed and a lot of steak went to waste.

Week long trip with family of 10

The beds were very comfortable and we loved the layout of the bedrooms. The hot tub being right on the porch was awesome. We wish there had been more blankets, places to hang towels, and better kitchen utensils. We did have to purchase single use pans, paper towels, hand and dishwasher soap, and garbage bags as they either were not provided, or not near enough for the amount of people staying.

Nice location just outside downtown.

Nice location not far from downtown. Road to get into neighborhood is steep, motorcyclist beware. House was nice and big with 3 levels. Views were ok with mature trees in the area. Parking was good with 3 driveway spots and 1 or 2 on street in front. Beds were very comfortable and everything was clean.

The cabin was just right for all that came to celebrate our big day, there was plenty of room for everyone and enough room to diaappear if you had enough of the group, munutes away from downtown Gaithersburg.
