Our family stayed one night before hiking to LeConte Lodge. The property is wonderful but I am extremely disappointed by the unprofessionalism by the owners and their cleaning crew. After we left the property in the morning, my wife realized she left her wedding ring in the upstairs bedroom where we stayed. We called the owner and told her exactly where it was but we were told there was nothing she could do and that we could come and look for it the following week because there were renters scheduled to come. My wife asked the owner to inform the cleaning crew where the ring was, but when she received a message back she was told that the cleaners “never found it.” She didn’t “lose” the ring in the house. We won’t be staying here again nor are we comfortable recommending this property.

This place is great! Plenty of space for all of us, the kitchen is very nice, master bedroom is great with lots of space and the jacuzzi tub was nice too! The views from the large windows were amazing. Only drawback (if you call it a drawback) was the drive up the mountain to the condo. The roads are narrow, some with no guard rail. But this place is worth the trip!!
