Enjoy the heated pool or Jacuzzi (open seasonally). Please use your own "Pool" towels in the pool area.

Do your laundry using the "in unit" washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board.

This is a 2nd floor unit so you only need to take one flight of stairs, or you can use the elevator for your convenience.

An elevator located through a covered walkway from the pool area will take you to the street level at Calhoun Village on the Parkway. (Note: This elevator has been repaired and is working.)

The condo has exterior security cameras. Blocking the camera or tampering with smoke detectors or fire extinguishers will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

Please buy travel Insurance. No chargebacks or refunds on fees or amenity breakdowns.

We do NOT allow occupancy over 6 guests. No visitors or house parties.
