"Luxury at the Summit" is a Summit Manor condo just steps from the entrance of The Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Leave your car and walk to Gatlinburg's unique shops, restaurants, and attractions.

Stunning mountain views, FREE Parking, 3 smart TV’s, 2 balconies, central heat & air, and all new furniture including new mattresses for a restful night's sleep.

Listen to the peaceful rippling of Le Conte Creek from one of the two private balconies.

Ober Gatlinburg's tram to winter skiing, ice skating, and snow tubing is across the street from Summit Manor Condos.

Fishing enthusiasts can enjoy the "trout stocked" stream located just minutes away.

Enjoy the heated pool or Jacuzzi (open seasonally). Please use your own "Pool" towels in the pool area.

Do your laundry using the "in unit" washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board.

This is a 2nd floor unit so you only need to take one flight of stairs, or you can use the elevator for your convenience.

An elevator located through a covered walkway from the pool area will take you to the street level at Calhoun Village on the Parkway. (NOTE: THIS ELEVATOR IS DOWN FOR REPAIRS. DUE TO LEGAL ISSUES, IT WILL TAKE TIME TO FIX IT.)

The condo has exterior security cameras. Tampering with security cameras, smoke detectors, or fire extinguishers will result in cancellation of reservation with no refund.

Please buy travel Insurance. No chargebacks or refunds on fees or amenity breakdowns.

We do NOT allow occupancy over 6 guests. No visitors or house parties.

We stayed for the location. We needed to be close to the Convention Center. The location of this property was excellent. It was easy to walk to anything on the main strip alsoIt was clean and the owners always replied very quickly to any communication.

We loved the condo! It was beautiful and very clean! The only problem was that the elevator down to the Parkway street level was out of order during our 3 night stay. Since we are all senior citizens, we had to drive up and down the extremely steep driveway to the condo every time we went out. The main reason we chose this location was because we could walk everywhere and we wouldn't have to drive and then pay for parking each we left the condo. We will make sure the elevator to the street is working before booking next time.

The Vrbo process is a bit different in that we really don't receive much indicating all is ready to go until right before we are to arrive, which is a bit nervy. More communications a week or two prior to the stay would be appreciated. As far as the property, it was nearly perfect. The manager was right on top of any communications and the place was clean and well decorated. It made for a great stay. Highly recommend this location

Great condo that is clean and nice inside. The challenge is that it’s on a hill with the middle units in need of repair and needing remodeled and limited amenities. Elevator to the office has been shut down so you have to walk the steep hill each time you leave.

One downfall to the property is the ‘out of service’ elevator. Price overall for the unit was over priced after arriving to realize the elevator was inoperable. Outside of this, the unit was as advertised and cleanliness was phenomenal. Thank you!

Great location, VERY nice 2BR 2 bath condo unit, great communications with host. The unit was absolutely spotless. There was plenty of very convenient parking. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating when our originally scheduled visit was made impossible by a snowstorm. Couldn't have been happier! Highly recommended!

Our stay was wonderful! The condo was so clean and decorated so cute! We loved the Christmas quilts on the bed. All The beds were comfortable and everything looked new. The condo even has a washer and dryer. My family loved the condo. We walked everywhere. It was so close and convenient to everything. The only time we got in our car was to drive ot Pigeon Forge and Cades Cove. We told all of our friends and shared pictures of the condo. We will definitely stay there again. The owners were great as well.

Condo is beautiful. Lack of elevator was more than inconvenient. We are senior citizens (healthy) and found it difficult to walk the hill. Only other comment, not a complaint, would be a starter box of facial tissue and a few additional clothes hangers would have been nice.

The condo is very clean and comfortable. The views from both balconies was spectacular. It’s quiet. The location is convenient to all places on the strip. We parked our car and took the elevator down to the street. We didn’t move our car until we left town.

Location! A turn key experience to get right into the swing of things. This condo had everything you could want. I cannot speak enough about the cleanliness of this property, even the exterior. Just perfect for my family of four. We spent more time downtown than ever and didn’t even have to drive. (Which is huge when you cannot find a parking spot for anything). Super convenient and fairly priced. Don’t waste your time driving all over the mountain to get to the highest view possible, when what you really need is to be able to make a late night run to Walgreens for things you forgot. This place is perfect. The view was still amazing. Well done. That you again Sandy and Scott.

This condo had everything and more. It was super clean and easily accessible to uptown and downtown Gatlinburg. The owner Sandy was fantastic and attentive at all times. We will definitely return to this 5 star condo and highly recommend this Smoky Mountain 💎

The condo was so clean- actually it was spotless! Nice floor plan and a well appointed kitchen. The furnishings throughout are top shelf - comfortable living room furniture and beds. The two balconies, one off of the living room and the other off the bedroom, just top off this beautiful unit - very comfortable deck furniture. The complex was very well maintained with easy elevator access to the street level of town. We will definitely stay here again!
