Near Ober Mountain, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.

Unit 23A Skier's Crossing Unit A is conveniently located near the top of Ski Mountain Rd and just a quick jaunt to Ober Mountain. It is a 3-mile drive to downtown Gatlinburg and offers easy access to the bypass to Pigeon Forge, approximately 12 miles away. This 2-bedroom 1.5 bath unit sleeps 6 (the two bedrooms - 1 being a loft bedroom, are located upstairs with queen size beds and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room on the lower level). This townhome has a nice, creek-side view and comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The drive from town to the unit is on steep, winding roads. During the winter months, a 4-wheel drive vehicle may be necessary. This unit has 0 exterior steps and 20 interior steps. Please message with any questions. We provide a starter pack of 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one paper towel roll, 3 Laundry pods, 3 dishwasher tabs and hand and dish soaps. We do not supply coffee, salt & pepper, or any condiments

It was okay but not the best

It was very hot, like very hot, we had to keep the ac on the low 60s and the actual house never got below mid 70s. There was no outlet in the bathroom so I had to use an extension cord from the loft to get ready. No hair dryer to speak of. And there were big black ants literally everywhere!!! When we went to use the pull out couch there were dirty sheets still on the bed. We did appreciate the two pull out couches and how comfortable the pull out couch was.

Great Place to Stay in Gatlinburg!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Upon arrival the unit was clean and was actually a little more spacious than I expected. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I loved the little stream in front of the unit. My husband and I enjoyed drinking our coffee on the porch listening to the stream each morning. We did get to see a bear walking around across the street one day we were there! One of the pools is right around the corner and was easy to get to. This was a great place to stay to have the mountain scenery but still close to all the shopping and attractions of the downtown area. Driving up to the unit is a little scary the first time but that’s to be expected driving on unfamiliar mountain roads. If you’re looking for a more scenic and peaceful place to stay in Gatlinburg this is definitely a great choice!!

Peaceful & Cozy

Very nice place with all the comforts of home. Location was good. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Pool was within walking distance. We had an amazing vacation with the grandkids. Thanks for helping make their 1st Mountain Trip amazing. Definitely will be back.

Everything was as advertised. We did have an issue with the keyless entry system in the middle of the night on our first night but the situation was quickly made right. Would recommend staying here.

Centrally located

Good location to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and The Great Smoky Mountains. All of the amenities of home. Property management was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The chalet was as expected and just what we were looking for.
