New Construction
Right off the main strip, our town home is a quick walk to the main attractions of downtown Gatlinburg. Located off of Traffic Light 6 on Baskins Creek Rd. Approx a 7 to 10 minute walk from the front door to the main strip, that is what truly makes this location so special! This spacious town home features 3 bedrooms (1 king & 2 queen beds) and 3 full bathrooms with additional sleeping on queen size sleeper sofa. There is an open deck and covered balcony. Located just off the main strip within walking distance (about 1/3 mile), and minutes walk to the pool and a trolley stop.

The kitchen appliances are all full sized and include a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave & coffeemaker. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience as well. Wireless internet is provided! Access code located in master bedroom on the device.

Being right in the heart of it all, you are a quick drive to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. This world renowned park offers: Scenic Drives, Waterfalls, Wildlife Nature Hiking, Picnicking and Horseback Riding to name a few.

More attractions to enjoy within minutes of our town home:
- Pigeon Forge with go carts, water park and an assortment of amusement park rides and arcades!
- Ripley's Museum (a short walk from town home)
- The Cherokee Casino
- Golf: Gatlinburg Country Club, Eagles Landing, Bent Creek and several more.
- Dollywood
- Biltmore Estate
- Whitewater Rafting
- Skiing/Snowboarding.

If you are like my family we love to eat out when we are on vacation. Here is a list of our favorite places to enjoy time away with the family and friends.

We had a great stay at a great place! The listing was exactly as stated. The check-in and check out process was super easy. My daughters and I enjoyed our stay and all the space the house provided us. Within walking distance to town.

Family of 4, including two kids 11 and 8. We loved our stay, the kids enjoyed having their own bedrooms. The location was great for walking into town, probably 10 minute brisk walk. The home was very clean and had everything we needed to come home and relax after a long day in Gatlinburg / Pigeon Forge. Beds were very comfortable, but would suggest bringing blankets when the weather is cool.

We loved our condo stay in Gatlinburg! The condo was spectacularly clean, had everything we needed for our 3 days, comfy and cozy!! When I had a question for Charles, he responded immediately. My stay was wonderful! The place was very cozy, in a great location, clean, and extremely comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. If I had to suggest anything, it would be to add a full-length mirror, which could be a nice touch. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again!"
