Downstairs, one master suite boasts its own stone fireplace, spa-like bathroom with walk-in shower, and private access to a covered porch overlooking the Smokies. Another downstairs suite includes a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and the added convenience of a washer and dryer. The third bedroom, located on the main level, features a custom fabric headboard and access to a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Each room includes a flat-screen TV, so everyone can unwind in their own space.
The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your favorite meals, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a 2-in-1 coffee maker for both traditional and single-serve brews. The kitchen is conveniently located on the main level and comes stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. It features a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a complete set of appliances to prepare anything from quick snacks to full meals. You'll also find cookware, dishes, glassware, and utensils ready for use. Also on the main floor, there is a separate dining area that includes a dining table with seating for six—perfect for sharing meals together.

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.
* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
*There is a strict no-smoking policy. This includes inside the cabin, on the decks and in the hot tub. Smoking is permitted in the parking area.
*There is a strict no-pet policy.
Any guests violating these rules will be assessed an additional $500 cleaning fee.
