Overall, this was only okay (reasons below):-We did not get the check-in email from the owner or VRBO. I waited for a couple of hours after the check-in time and messaged the owner. He told me that it was sent and was very irritated that I asked in the first place. i told him that I received and email from VRBO the day of check-in that I would receive it. He said that it was not his problem and reluctantly sent it to me.-We could not find the properties door. The address was for the location of the condo itself, not the door. It was difficult to find the property at night.-There is no washer and dryer in the condo itself, you have to go to another floor and pay. This should state that on the listing. That was a huge problem once we got there.-The patio door and the sliding door to the balcony were both broken and damaged. The sliding door wouldn't even lock properly. When I messaged the owner, he responded that it will get fixed after the peak season. What? I just told you that both doors are not secure and you won't come out and fix it. Very unsettling and unsafe for our family.-Most of the décor was outdated and blinds were either broken or missing.-There were 4 remotes for the main tv, some missing backs of remotes and most had missing batteries. I messaged the owner about it and he said that he will have someone address it when we leave. Really? Be aware, owner was not willing to take any responsibility for their property and not willing to fix anything onsite
