This condo/apartment was so spacious and cozy in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean, the beds were comfy, plenty of towels, linen and pillows for six people. We enjoyed our time there and getting to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge was easy.

We had a great time. The only thing that could have made it better was maybe adding some blackout curtains to the bedrooms. We enjoyed sitting on the patio just taking in the beauty of the mountains. Loved watching the sunrise. Will definitely consider staying again for future trips.

The condo was excellent, much bigger than I expected, very clean, and just perfect for our vacation. We didnt cook, but the kitchen was ready for anything if i needed it. Loved the screened in deck. This is out of the renters control, but the pool was gross and extremely low on water. We didnt care if we used it so it was no big deal. Overall, wonderful rental. Would stay here again for sure!

The property was well kept. The condo was great. The few fokes that actually lived there where nice and welcoming. My girls had a blast catching fireflies in the evening. Both Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge where both with in a few minutes from the condo which was super awesome.

Excellent location. Nice saltwater pool!

A very nice and well appointed place. Be aware the drive up is very steep and curvy but not difficult. Owners replied to my questions and such almost immediately! Good people.

I have throughly enjoyed myself, the location super and the quickness in which you handled the sofa problem was spot on. I would ask that you check the mattress in the master bedroom, it has a sunken spot it. We will see you again!!!

My son loved having the pool to use during downtime at the condo. Most of the jets in ghe hot tub did not appesr to be working but it was still comfortable to sit in on a cool evening. The location had nice views and we were visited a couple times by a nosey (trying to open car doors) bear. Beds were comfy snd there was plenty of room for the family to sit in the living room.

Father son trip

Our stay was amazing. The property was very clean. And listing was accurate. Hosts were very responsive. We had a problem one night with our neighbors being very loud after midnight. I reported them to our hosts who then reported them to HOA. We have no complaints at all. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back down to Gatlinburg.

2024 Gurls Trip

Four childhood friends met for a Gatlinburg vacation in early fall. We enjoyed the shops downtown and especially the National Park. The condo has a great location and view.

Great place

Checkin process was seamless! Great quiet location, bit of a drive up to it. We had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen had a good amount of stuff if you want to stay in and a grill almost right outside of the unit, made it really convenient. We did see bears on the road by the units, so keeping things put up was a must. The unit was clean, had all the linens we needed except for towels for the pool. There are stairs down to the unit was probably the only downside of this unit, made carrying things down a bit of a challenge. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful

This property was wonderful during our stay. If you don’t mind riding in the mountains and seeing tons of wildlife this place is for you! The place was beautiful and bigger than I thought. It came with everything you would need for cooking and the beds were super comfortable. The condo is a short walk down some steps but nothing that is terrible. While we were there we counted 10 bears that we seen just riding up to the condo. It was exciting for the kids and even for us. The pool and hot tub were excellent to beat the heat. Over all I would give this place a 10/10 for the summer,fall,and spring times. I don’t know about booking for the winter just because of all the hills you would have to get through in the snow. I have family that will definitely be booking here when available! Highly recommend!!!
