Standard King Room - NKS


Elevate your getaway in our spacious king room — a cozy haven crafted for ultimate comfort. Relax into an extra-large king size bed, stay refreshed with air conditioning and heating, and unwind with your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. The private bathroom comes complete with fresh towels, a hairdryer, and thoughtful touches to make you feel right at home. Nestled on the ground and upper floors "accessible only by stairs", this non-smoking retreat offers soft linens, a peaceful atmosphere, and everything you need for a truly relaxing escape.

We are pleased to offer you a contactless check-in process to enhance your safety and convenience. At the time of booking, you will receive a text message with a link to the online registration. Please complete this A.S.A.P. (no later than 2pm on the day of arrival). The registration requires you to sign the agreement, upload a pic of your Driver's license, update your phone and email, add your vehicle make model and tag, and add credit card for "incidentals".

Once you have completed the registration and on the day of your arrival, please keep an eye on your emails and text messages. Between 12pm and 3:00 PM EST, you will receive an email and/or text message containing your check-in code and detailed instructions. If you have not received this by 3:00pm on the day of arrival, please send us a message with your cell phone number and email address so we can update the system and get your info to you.

While our office is not staffed at all times, rest assured that we are here to assist you during your stay. Should you require any assistance, our contact options will be located near the front office door. Feel free to reach out to us, and we will be happy to assist.

Please Note: Minimum age to check in is 21. No Pets Allowed. Medical Service Dogs welcome. Please inform the property at the time of booking.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and gave us plenty of room for our stay. However, there was construction for the large part of the day and well into darkness on 2 of our 3 nights. Constant sawing, drilling, and hammering made nap times for our 6 month old difficult. Also, the shower has no heat source and was extremely cold. The shower is uneven and holds a large puddle of water on the side. (Roughly 1 inch deep).

Rooms were newly remodeled and beds were comfortable we stayed 3 nights me and my wife and had one roll of toilet paper and two paper thin towels had to guy buy towels and toilet paper no cleaning lady's to be found for 3 days and the property looks terrible and offers a view of a run down pool will not be going back!

Clean, newly remodeled, and within walking distance of the main strip in Gatlinburg. The exterior (including pool) is under construction but that didn’t bother us. Amenities such as Microwave and Mini Fridge in room. The host is very nice as well. We would stay here again!

I came i the back way and wasn't sure I was there 'cause they have a tiny sign low on a post in the front, so it took me 5 min of driving around to verify i was at the right place. No one was working the desk, I got my door instructions via text/e-mail. I thought was weird, but maybe other places do that too. Room was basic! No closet, just hooks to hang coat/clothes. Shower didn't have shelves for soap/shampoo. TV sucked! Hanging on the wall. No cable, not the end of the world, but woulda been nice. Bed was great!! Neighborhood seemed safe and unsafe at the same time. The location/parking sucked. On a mountain on the curve. There were 6-8 motorcycles taking up too many spots. 1 night I had to park across the st. at an abandoned house/building with a crappy parking lot. When I could park at hotel it was tricky leaving 'cause of traffic and the curve. The rate was reasonable and I wasn't there to hang out at the place.

The unit appeared to be newly renovated and had amenities such as microwave and coffee maker. The check in process was easy and well communicated by the host. The outside of the building (abandoned swimming pool) needs work, but the room was lovely. Would stay there again.
