Questo condominio offre tutti i comfort per una rilassante visita alle Smokies. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size. Il grande bagno principale dispone di una doccia step-in e una grande vasca idromassaggio. La camera degli ospiti anteriore ha due letti queen size, con un bagno completo adiacente con una combinazione doccia / vasca. La spaziosa camera da letto al piano superiore soppalco, Fox Den, ha un letto matrimoniale con un bagno completo adiacente con una combinazione doccia / vasca. Quattro televisori sono inclusi, uno nella zona soggiorno e uno ciascuno in tre camere da letto. La nostra cucina completamente attrezzata dispone bicchieri, pentole, piatti, posate e utensili ed elettrodomestici full size, tra cui una lavastoviglie e forno a microonde. La lavanderia ha una lavatrice e asciugatrice. Tutte le lenzuola sono fornite, e mettiamo a disposizione un ampio parcheggio gratuito.

Great place for a family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were 12 of us and a 3 month old. I got one condo for the 17 to 25 year olds and another for the adults and 3 kids. It was great...nice walk downtown, close to some places to eat and a small store, and quiet. Easy parking and a little fishing.

Excellent trip to the Smokeys

The condo is close to the parkway which made it very convenient to get to the things we wanted to do while in Gatlinburg. This was my first time staying at Park Place, but my wife and family have stayed there previously and now I know why they enjoy it so much. Enjoying a cup of coffee while sitting on the balcony was one of my favorite things. We even saw a bear.

Reviewer Comments: We stay here every year for so many reasons, first the people working at the desk have been there for years and are super nice, it is clean, way more for your money, 3 bedrooms have upstairs downstairs love it, great view of the stream and listening to it at night, pool is kept clean along with the jacuzzi, have seen bears walking down the creek, can walk to parkway without having to loose your breathe along the way, Trolley stop is there also, great location, has everything you need in the condo, can even request more towels if needed, big balcony, sometimes will offer free show tickets, after having night fun with moonshine tasting no worries of having to drive home in the dark up a mountain, can walk or need be take a uber. Just great on every level.

The condo was great! Everything was neat and tidy when we first checked in. Checkout process was easy. The condo itself is located at the perfect location, quick walk to downtown Gatlinburg and quick walk into the Smokies. Couldn't have asked for more from this VRBO!

Great parade weekend

All the beds were nice but the upstairs bed definitely needs a new mattress. Thank you for allowing the use of you unit. The staff is awesome and so easy and wonderful to work with every year.

The location is good and walking distance to Parkway which is one reason we chose it, plus there was room for all of us. We did enjoy the back balcony which overlooks a river stream. There were several minor maintenance problems with it which we did report to management.

Great place but...

We’ve stayed in these condos since the early 90’s. Great location, and property is clean. However this place could use a remodel. Leather sectional is uncomfortable, coming apart and stained. All the beds need to be updated the mattress are saggy and uncomfortable. Pillows are flat. I really love this place but it just needs to be updated. Also the green carpet 🤦🏼‍♀️

Close to the parkway Within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. They were doing updates while we were there on the balconies and it was messy outside. The pool was good enough but we were disappointed in the condition of the hot tub. It was in need of repair.
