  • Questo condominio offre tutti i comfort per una rilassante visita alle Smokies. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e la camera degli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale. Il bagno principale come un grande passo in doccia e una grande vasca idromassaggio. Il bagno degli ospiti con combinazione doccia / vasca. La nostra cucina completamente attrezzata offre elettrodomestici full size, tra cui una lavastoviglie e forno a microonde. Tutti gli utensili da cucina sono forniti con bicchieri, piatti, posate e pentole. Tutte le lenzuola sono fornite. Forniamo anche un ampio parcheggio gratuito.

Wonderful cozy condo located at the very end of Gatlinburg……but the view from the balcony makes you feel like you’re in the middle of GSMNP! Beautiful furnishings and very comfortable condo. We’re already making plans to return!

Comfortable, clean, great location

Our place was beautiful, spotless, and the mattress in the main bedroom was AMAZING…. So comfortable. The balcony overlooking the river was spacious and the view was lovely. The location was perfect - an easy walk to anywhere in downtown Gatlinburg, but out of the way enough to be quiet and tucked away. We will be back!

Hidden gem by SMNP

My family raved about this choice!! I wish I could credit for it, but it was blind luck. We stayed in the second condo building, and it was perfect. We had a stream right off the deck with nothing but trees and nature on the other side. And the Gatlinburg main street was only 2+ blocks away.

A Little Disappointed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at Unit #108 approximately 5 times now. We love the decor and comfort there, and it's always spotless; except for this last visit. Upon arrival, we found crumbs on the kitchen sink/counters, kitchen floor, living room couch. The floor in the larger bathroom was also questionably clean. It appeared someone just did the bare minimum to clean it up. We swept and cleaned what we needed to when we got there. Just as a side note, the kitchen faucet was loose and leaking a little, and there were a couple of times when the disposal side of the sink drained very slowly - maybe a clog.

It could use a good deep cleaning with small repairs needed, (guest bathroom toilet seat, hot & cold water faucet is in reverse order, faucet in kitchen sink leaks at the base and the sprayer doesn't work.We loved the view from the balcony and hope to return during the summer when we can enjoy sitting outside.

Sweet little retreat

Reviewer Comments: Very nice laid back quite and close to everything you could walk anywhere you wanted to go.our only problem and the cleaning fee was waved was the bathrooms were not cleaned. I bought cleaner and cleaned myself. Hair and dirt very disgusting. The outside furniture was nice but the cushions are filthy. The porch was so nice to sit used towels over cushions. Over looking the creek very peaceful. Needs better lighting in bathrooms little dated. Overall we would return.
