  • Questo condominio offre tutti i comfort per una rilassante visita alle Smokies. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e la camera degli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale. Il bagno padronale come un passo nella doccia e una grande vasca idromassaggio. Il bagno degli ospiti con combinazione doccia / vasca. La nostra cucina completamente attrezzata offre elettrodomestici full size, tra cui una lavastoviglie e forno a microonde. Tutti gli utensili da cucina sono forniti con bicchieri, piatti, posate e pentole. Tutte le lenzuola sono fornite. Forniamo anche un ampio parcheggio gratuito.

Great place to stay!

Our family loved staying at park place condos over the 4th of July. Great walking distance to downtown, perfect amount of space in condo 309 for our family of 4. The pool was a great amenity for the whole family. Waking up every morning to have coffee on the balcony with sounds of the river was amazing! We will definitely be back! We even had an issue with the lockbox at 2:30am and the owner answered the phone and walked us through to get our keys.

Reviewer Comments: We had a great time as always in the mountains , hiking grotto falls and mear falls , Anakeesta zip lining , repelling , Astra lumina, Hatfield and McCoy dinner show , walking the Gatlinburg parkway and eating out at Crockett's breakfast and the peddler restaurant. of course we had a nice stay at our condo at Park place ( 2 bedroom ) , lots of room , very clean , big balcony overlooking a creek. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub too. Would definitely stay at park place again

However, there were general maintenance issues with the condo that the cleaning staff or whoever inspects the condos should have addressed.Both toilet seats were broken, the screen door from the living area is broken, the knob for water temp is broken, the dish washer bottom rack rollers are missing, guest bath towel bar broken. I noted all and gave to the office staff.

Condo #309 - Memorial Day Week 2024

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo #309 is a wonderful unit. It's very clean, decorated nicely, updated and plenty of room for the entire family. We loved having our own kitchen and laundry. The pool was very nice and quiet felt like having your own private pool and hot tub. The big jacuzzi bath in the master bath was also nice after a long day of hiking in the mountains. We have already made plans to return next year and I have a feeling we will be returning for many years to come. It's a great central location within east walking distance to the Downtown Strip, several restaurants and the trolley stop. We also saw two black bears from our Condo which was a lot of fun! I would highly recommended Park Place Condos. The staff is super nice and helpful and you will not be disappointed. It's our place to stay now!

Even though carpet is in the pictures, new wood floors have been installed. The couches are not the same as pictured. You now have a couch and two chairs but they were adequate.
