  • Questo condominio offre tutti i comfort per una rilassante visita alle Smokies. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e la camera degli ospiti con due letti queen size. Il bagno padronale come un passo nella doccia e una grande vasca idromassaggio. Il bagno degli ospiti con combinazione doccia / vasca. La nostra cucina completamente attrezzata offre elettrodomestici full size, tra cui una lavastoviglie e forno a microonde. Tutti gli utensili da cucina sono forniti con bicchieri, piatti, posate e pentole. Tutte le lenzuola sono fornite. Forniamo anche un ampio parcheggio gratuito.

Honestly for the price I wasn’t expecting much, but walking in, we were shocked! The unit was so much bigger than we thought it would be. We LOVED the balcony! That view from the balcony but being right downtown Gatlinburg was great. We didn’t have to drive anywhere if we were staying downtown. We will definitely be back to this place again. Also, thank you for the complementary Country Tonite tickets! The show was great! I have included photos with views from our balcony.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I have stayed at this location several times in the past. It provides bedrooms as well as a living room and kitchen area and laundry. All of this makes for a more relaxing experience than having just a single room available as would be in a hotel. The small pool Located in a secluded spot is nice anytime of day or night. The location is superb, being on the creek side, as well as only two blocks from the Main Street in Gatlinburg.

209 needs renovating

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 209 needs a lot of cleaning and a complete renovation. Too many things broken, dirty, bugs, mold which is dangerous. When I asked to be moved was told I would have to pay for up grade. Then I was offered a 3 br unit that had just had a new floor put down and the smell was very, very strong from the adhesive used and I had to decide what was more likely to sent me into an Asthma attack. Chose to stay put. The location is great. Too bad owners are not required to keep up their property. Apparently management doesn’t do inspection.

This property location is superb, just needs a facelift into this decade. I would return there tomorrow. The staff who manage it and provide assistance are nothing less than the best folks around. The room I had needs some tweaking but has a nice view of the stream. However, the place is getting older and the prices keep going up so I may be forced to research other locations. I look for the VALUE I receive for the dollars I spend. The value at Park Place at one time was really good.......now, not so much. We still like Park Place and hope they do not price themselves out of the market (at least for me).

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Park Place a few times over the years. The location is ideal being right next to the park . But the condition of the property has clearly declined. There are examples of lack of maintenance all over the common areas.We own rental condos in other areas so are familiar with what is reasonable . The unit we stayed in could use renovation. Formica countertops and spotted carpets with 20 yr old white appliances doesn’t work anymore except for tenants seeking only cheap accommodations. Worst, there was hair in the tub, the kitchen floor was sticky, and several day old, moldy, coffee was still in the coffee maker.
