  • Questo condominio offre tutti i comfort per una rilassante visita alle Smokies. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e la camera degli ospiti con due letti queen size. Il bagno padronale come un passo nella doccia e una grande vasca idromassaggio. Il bagno degli ospiti con combinazione doccia / vasca. La nostra cucina completamente attrezzata offre elettrodomestici full size, tra cui una lavastoviglie e forno a microonde. Tutti gli utensili da cucina sono forniti con bicchieri, piatti, posate e pentole. Tutte le lenzuola sono fornite. Forniamo anche un ampio parcheggio gratuito.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this property before and have very much enjoyed it. This room was not as clean as the one we stayed in prior to this visit. The furniture was dated and the dining chairs were falling apart and a sharp staple was poking through the fabric of one and actually cut my son’s thigh when he sat down in it. Overall we did enjoy our stay, it is a good value, the employee at the front desk was very nice and check in was easy, we also like where it is located. We will be back for another stay in the Fall!

Easy walking to the main strip of Gatlinburg but also to the wooded trail of the Smoky Mountains park. Has a fitness room too. Comfortable beds. Elevator plus 3 luggage carts, which helped a lot when checking out. Kitchen was reasonably furnished except there were no hot pads! That’s a real pet peeve of mine. You put a pan in the oven without looking for a hot pad and then you can’t take it out.

We can walk to most of the attractions in Gatlinburg and it’s so nice to have a balcony along the river. Worth the price and the accommodations are nice.

The manager and everyone you come in contact with are absolutely wonderful. The condo is always extremely clean and well taken care of. It has everything you need in the kitchen if you want to actually cook which is extremely nice. When we come here we always feel like this is our second home. Thank you again so much!

We love everything about this place, i.e the location, can walk all over the strip, the large space for our family to spread out, the balcony overlooking the river, the fireplace, the kitchen for meals when we don't want to eat out, the washer/dryer, the people at the front desk and maintenance are very kind. Best place around

The beds were very firm and not very comfortable. We prefer a softer mattress but these appeared to be in great shape. Good water pressure in the showers. The outdoor hot tub was closed which I don't understand as we use ours year round.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed New Years Weekend for four days. The picture of the unit is very outdated as the unit has been updated very nicely. We have seen such increased traffic and difficulty parking in Gatlinburg, that we decided to stay downtown and walk to everything. What a huge difference. It made our stay so much more enjoyable and allowed us to do more things opposed to sitting in traffic trying to find parking anywhere! Highly recommend the location and facility.

This was not the best condo we had stayed in at park place. Fireplace didn’t work and not many kitchen gadgets to choose from because we like to cook some. But good price and great location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great Location. Room had not been expected before our arrival. It smelled like cigarettes/pot, it was horrible from the smell. Someone had placed dryer sheets on the vents to try to help the smell. Fire place was not working, washing machine you have to wash clothes twice to get the soap out of your clothes, the dish washer needed 2 washes to clean dishes. All appliances need to be updated. Guest bathroom, hot water did not work after a few minutes. Appreciate dogs are allowed but need an area to walk your dogs. Overall enjoyed our stay just need some updates, would stay here again.

The newer flooring is beautiful; however, some rugs would be nice for the noise and keeping it a bit warmer during the colder months. More options for seating in the living room. It was my husband and teen daughters. After a day of hiking we wanted to watch a movie in the evening but the seating was not comfortable for the 4 of us. A small couch and one single chair.

The kitchen has absolutely everything you need for you stay. They really do a wonderful job in keeping the condo and outdoor areas nice and clean. It’s our home away from home.
