  • Questo condominio offre tutti i comfort per una rilassante visita alle Smokies. La camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e la camera degli ospiti con due letti queen size. Il soggiorno ha un divano letto. Il bagno padronale come un passo nella doccia e una grande vasca idromassaggio. Il bagno degli ospiti con combinazione doccia / vasca. La nostra cucina completamente attrezzata offre elettrodomestici full size, tra cui una lavastoviglie e forno a microonde. Tutti gli utensili da cucina sono forniti con bicchieri, piatti, posate e pentole. Tutte le lenzuola sono fornite. Forniamo anche un ampio parcheggio gratuito.

It is really convenient, the staff is amazing and the condos are roomy and right on the river. There's nothing like stepping out onto your balcony and having a stream right there. Our family will never stay anywhere else.

However, condo 303 is in need of some TLC! Needs updating...mold in bathroom around air vent...in top of shower...big holeIn door. Overall cleanliness was ok...it’s just hard to get past a few things. The beds are comfy but are just laying there on top of metal frames and look really old. If some TLC was given and they required the owners to update and maintain the condos I would have zero complaints.

A peaceful place

This was a great rental for us with our 2 adult children. Plenty of room to be together and plenty of room to spread out. We walked all over Gatlinburg and avoided tons of time in traffic. We were close to trolley stops, but opted to walk to where we wanted to go. We only drove one day when we wanted to go tubing on the river.
