You may also find relaxation in the shared hot tub or spa sauna and enjoy the indoor pool for a refreshing dip. If you're feeling energetic, you may appreciate the on-site tennis court, or you can choose to unwind and soak up the evening in the family room while appreciating the views offered by the back balcony. Retire to your bedroom in the evening to relax in your choice of a king or queen size bed. When morning comes, you'll find yourself stirred by the sun to begin your day on the balcony reminiscing and planning on what this day shall bring inspired by the mountains' view ahead.

As you make your way to the cabin and travel around the area, please keep in mind that some of the mountain roads can be steep and winding—that's part of the charm of being in the Smokies! Drive cautiously, especially if it’s your first time in the area, and give yourself a little extra time. Most guests make the trip just fine, and the views are absolutely worth it! House rules
• At least one guest must be 25 years or older. (Proof of age will be required at check-in).
• Guest acknowledges and understands that he/she is financially responsible for any and all property damage that may occur during the stated rental period which can reasonably be attributed to the rental party's negligence or abuse.
• Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 P.M. and check-out time is no later than 10:00 A.M. Late check-outs will result in additional charges.
• No smoking
• Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• No pets allowed
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
