Views of the Smokies | Hot Tub | Private 2 Acres ⛰

A luxurious and spacious 3200 sq. ft. home with stunning views of the smoky mountains, located in a quiet but convenient neighborhood just 20 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. The cabin is tucked in a cozy, secluded spot with large window panels in the home ensuring you feel one with nature.
Come and enjoy at this new listing that is a unique and tranquil getaway hosted by a super host!!

The cabin comfortably sleeps 14 guests and is PET FRIENDLY. The space is the perfect cabin if you are looking for just unwinding with breathtaking views or a family getaway with a fully-stocked game room, WiFi, and a large spacious balcony to enjoy the mountains. Unlike most cabins, I personally manage my cabin and cater to the needs of each guest so you can be rest assured that you will feel like an extension of my family! Please read my reviews to be sure of my quality service. The room descriptions are as follows:

This cabin is close to all the great things Gatlinburg offers while still allowing you to get away from it all in your secluded cabin, thus providing the best of both worlds. At our cabin, you can comfortably park 6 cars, so come with all your bags packet to enjoy at this serene getaway!

Absolutely terrible - WARNING ⚠️

This was the worst experience. I've been using VRBO for years and have nothing but 5 star reviews for other properties. I don't typically leave bad reviews. If I could go below 1 star on this property I would. Absolutely below (what I thought) was VRBO standards. If you go to "other" websites, this property has tons fake reviews (SCAM) I wish I would have looked previously. I'm sorry I flew my family across the country to this dump for Thanksgiving. When we arrived it looked like the house hadn't been cleaned in years and everything was broken like a bear had savaged the home. Here are just "some" issues, missing wall plate covers, holes in the wall, chew marks on baseboards and furniture, stains on carpet, other people's soap in the bathtub, the pool cues were broken and the table was leaning unsafely sideways, air hockey table was broken, the TV was falling off the wall (safety issue), every drawer in the refrigerator was shattered or broken, furniture had stains on it or broken parts, the pool was trashed, the hot tub cover was broken, sunken in and sand in the tub (not sanitary didn't get to use), old open food in the cupboard as if no one had even tried to clean, I literally had to throw my socks away and wear shoes the floors were so filthy. This is just a short list of safety and sanitary issues. BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. You do not want to stay here. This property should be removed.

Canceled on us on Christmas Eve at 3pm!

Do not stay with this host! I messaged him at 3pm after driving 9 hours to his cabin and asked if we get in early because it was Christmas Eve and we needed to grocery shop. He replied” I'm sorry I have to cancel. I will call VRBO and see if they have anything for you available.” He blamed it on VRBO for allowing the cabin to be double booked. He said he would give a full refund. 5-7 business days. I never heard back from him. LUCKILY we were able to find a perfect cabin same location within a few minutes of him canceling! Our Christmas could have been ruined and I still have not heard from him days later.
