Posizione, posizione, posizione! Proprio su per la collina dall'Acquario degli Smokies di Ripley, oppure evita il traffico ed entra / esci dal retro quando le cose sono occupate. Il lussuoso castello di una cabina, recentemente ristrutturato, con una splendida vista sulle montagne e sul centro di Gatlinburg, ti renderà il "re della montagna". Ora con una nuovissima cucina a pianta aperta con vista, bagni splendidamente ristrutturati e nuovi pavimenti. La sala giochi è stata aggiornata con una nuova barra, arcade e tavolo da gioco. Se hai già alloggiato nel famoso "King of the Mountain", rimarrai piacevolmente sorpreso da tutti gli aggiornamenti!

Le ampie zone giorno e pranzo a volta offrono incredibili viste dal pavimento al soffitto con molti posti a sedere per una famiglia numerosa o un gruppo accanto a un delizioso camino a gas in pietra accatastato. L'enorme TV HD da 4 pollici da 70 pollici con lettore Blueray può essere facilmente visualizzata da qualsiasi parte della zona giorno e pranzo o dal tavolo da poker sul soppalco sopra la zona giorno!

La spaziosa cucina recentemente ristrutturata con ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici inossidabile è fornita di tutto il necessario per cucinare per il vostro gruppo. La zona cucina offre posti a sedere per 12 persone e la zona pranzo offre posti a sedere per altri 15.

Dalla cucina, sala da pranzo o soggiorno, uscite sul vasto ponte superiore con vista sulle montagne e sul centro di Gatlinburg. Griglia il tuo pasto preferito sulla grande griglia a gas, dondola su una panca di tronchi o rilassati a uno dei tavoli mentre assumi tutto.

Da una delle camere da letto al piano inferiore o sala giochi, esci sul vasto ponte inferiore con splendide viste dall'altalena o HOT TUB!

La sala giochi dispone di un delizioso bar con lavandino e mini frigorifero, tavolo da biliardo, HDTV, tavolo da gioco, giochi da tavolo / carte e ampi posti a sedere.

Questa cabina dispone di tre suite King, due suite Queen e due camere a castello. Ognuna delle 7 suite da letto ha la propria TV e bagno completo con soffioni di lusso. Ci sono portapacchi in ogni camera da letto con asciugacapelli in ogni bagno. La master king suite si trova al livello principale, il che è ottimo per i familiari più anziani che potrebbero non voler salire le scale con la stessa frequenza.

Wi-Fi molto veloce e servizio via cavo di livello superiore fornito in tutto.
Lavanderia dispone di lavatrice e asciugatrice. Ogni piano ha un ferro e asse da stiro per comodità. Pack and Play disponibile anche in lavanderia.

Ci sono 3 sedi HOA Clubhouse / Pool di cui siamo membri a breve distanza in auto. Uno dei quali ha campi da tennis. Ti verranno forniti i pass per questi all'arrivo.

The house is amazing with fabulous views. All the rooms are large with comfortable furniture. Our family had an amazing time! There are so many gamesAnd activities that we could not utilize them in a week!!! The days long Risk game had something to with that!! This property is special. You wont be disappointed!! The response from the concierge was remarkably responsive.

Great experience and beautiful location.

We had a wonderful experience with this owner and property. Communication was great from the start. The property was well-stocked and clean when we arrived. Any issues were handled with great care and speed. The location is very convenient and the views are beautiful.The driveway is a bit steep, and parking multiple cars involves some planning, so just be aware of that.We would happily rent from them again.

Family Vacay

Took my mother (88), husband, Son's, wives and kids range to age 2! And we all had a great time together . Lots of fun things to do. Everyone saw a bear in the woods. The only thing I would change was the driveway, a little bit on the steep side, but it is in the mountains.

Perfect Extended Family Vacation

I can't really say more than others have said but I can echo that this space was exactly what my family needed. We researched MANY properties in the Gatlinburg/ Pigeon Forge area and chose this one mainly because of the bedroom configurations which was an excellent choice. Having 2 bunk rooms - some queen sized - meant that parents did not have to have kids staying in their room with them. One of my kids chose to stay in a bunk room with his daughter and was very comfortable. The other major plus was having a full bath in every bedroom. Like others have said, the driveway is very steep and actually scared me. I couldn't look. But that would not deter me from returning. In fact, the entire group said that they would want to stay there again in the future as it was really perfect for all of us (7 adults, 6 littles). My son reported that his 3 year old repeatedly lamented on the drive home that she didn't want to go home, she wanted to stay at her vacation house. :)

Family Celebration

Easily accommodated all 17 of us with beds and being able to eat as a family. The kitchen was well stocked. We found it to be relatively quiet inside. When need arose they were quick to answer and sent someone out.

Awesome cabin

Your cabin is amazing and we had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. We really enjoyed our family inside of the cabin and the views were absolutely awesome.. The only negative is the dangerous road getting up to the cabin, there were only one guardrail on the curvey road and the rest was left to chance of safely staying on the road and if you had to swirve for a second you would plunge down a very steep hill. The driveway was also devastating at firs, but I braved it to go back and forth Iwthanything out of fear and the stipe hill.

Great Cabin

Perfect cabin for a family getaway to the mountains. All of the rooms had private restrooms which was a major plus and the property concierge was very attentive to our needs. Guests should be prepared to navigate the sharp curves of the mountains and the steep driveway, but I would not let that deter me from the property.

Great spot!

We came here for a girls weekend and had the best time! The house was exactly as pictured and provided everything you needed. Check-in/check-out and communication with the rental property was super easy and efficient!

Beautiful home, great location

This has been the most beautiful home we’ve rented in Gatlinburg. It is very close to town. The views are amazing. My grandsons and kids played games and we enjoyed the hot tub. So spacious. Great stay! The concierge Lindsey was quick to respond to all questions.

Amazing Property

This property was fantastic! It’s conveniently located just a few minutes from town and the grocery store, with incredible views overlooking the area. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was perfect for our large family vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals throughout the day. Parking took a little getting used to for us Floridians more familiar with straight roads, but it wasn’t a big issue. We were lucky to experience a snowstorm, and the fire pits made it even more enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here!

Amazing location!

I have to say the location of this property is perfect. It was so close to all the attractions we planned to visit. The house is beautiful too. If you are staying with the max amount of guests allowed, more than a couple days, bring towels. Otherwise, you will find yourself having to do laundry. No one wants to wash towels during a vacation. My husband contacted the property manager for more towels but the answer was there was 32 towels in the house. So one towel per guest for 5 days . Yikes! Also the kitchen appliances are in need of an update. We couldn’t keep the freezer shut. When you close the fridge the freezer door opens. And the house can get pretty hot. We couldn’t get the air to stay on. We would lower the temperature and it would go right back to 70 like it was Locked at that temperature. The main floor room was at a good temperature but all the people that slept in the bottom and top floor were complaining about the heat. We couldn’t sleep well. I couldn’t get the fan in the room to work either . The last night it got colder at night so we could sleep better that night. I was celebrating a birthday and our cake was melting-the tiers We’re giving up because of the heat. We made it work but we should be allowed to set the air temperature to cold if thats what we prefer. Overall, it was a good and the house worked perfectly for the winter wonderland b-day theme. I would return if the owners assure me I will have more towels and colder air LOL

Great Family Reunion spot

We thoroughly enjoyed the property. The kids played the games and hide and seek, the adults played games and enjoyed the view. Our only difficulty was the driveway; otherwise it was an excellent property and one we would want to return to.

Family in the Smokies

The cabin was great and very clean. The location was great not too high but high enough that you have a great view. The driveway was a little tight for our vans though. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone!
