"The Grandview" Costruito di recente nel 2018! Questa splendida casa rustica e contemporanea vanta più di 3.000 + m², piedi. Comfort, convenienza, fascino ed eleganza descrivono al meglio questa bella e nuova casa di vacanza con viste pittoresche sul centro di Gatlinburg e sul Monte. LeConte. Una planimetria luminosa e aperta offre un'atmosfera molto spaziosa con ampie stanze e tre master suite. La grande sala ha una TV da 70 pollici e la camera da letto extra, situata al piano di sotto con due futon e un letto singolo offre un televisore da 65 pollici. Questo rifugio per vacanze a due piani ospita 11 letti king size, un letto singolo, due futon a grandezza naturale e un divano letto queen-size. Troverete mobili nuovi di zecca e di alta qualità in tutte le stanze. Tutti gli elettrodomestici in acciaio nell'enorme e invitante cucina con un'isola da pranzo extra large. Completamente rifornito con un Keurig, normale caffettiera, pentola di coccio, frullatore e un sacco di pentole, padelle e utensili. Un ampio balcone completamente schermato offre un grande spazio all'aperto e divertimento tutto l'anno. Sarete lieti di trovare un parcheggio coperto facile e pianeggiante e un vialetto circolare illuminato da luci in questo spazioso rifugio! Situato dietro l'Acquario di Ripley, famoso in tutto il mondo, questa casa è a pochi minuti dal centro di Gatlinburg, dal Great Smokies Mountain National Park, da Ober Gatlinburg, dal Rocky Top Sports World e dalla più recente attrazione di Gatlinburg, Anakeesta. We spent New Year’s week at the beautiful property. The view from the deck of downtown Gatlinburg was amazing. We had a perfect view of the space needle, New Year’s Eve ball drop, drone and fireworks display.Sabrina was wonderful and so accommodating - a perfect host.The location of the house was excellent.We highly recommend staying at this home.

We had a great stay! The host’s communication was excellent and the directions were clear and easy to follow. The driveway had plenty of room, which made arrival stress-free. Inside, the cabin had ample space for our group, with generous closets and pantry storage throughout. The bathrooms were spacious and made it easy for multiple people to get ready at the same time. The outdoor table on the deck was our kids’ favorite spot and where we spent a lot of our time together. We couldn’t find scissors in the gorgeous spacious kitchen, but we made it work and it was a very minor thing overall. We’d happily stay here again!If planning a trip, I would not recommend walking simply due to the road conditions out of safety concerns (curves, traffic and no sidewalks - so prepare to drive )

Spacious open floor plan. Each couple had their own private bedroom and bathroom. We had a great cook with us and spent a lot of time in the property. We enjoyed football, games and family time with our 5 month old grandson. We had everything we needed for an extended family vacation.
A very quiet bear walking across the property. We just watched from the deck and enjoyed seeing the bear.

Great place to stay, with wonderful views. The driveway is steep, with tight turns, which could be a problem when snow or ice are present, or if you're in a large vehicle. We were in Jeeps, so we were good. An upgrade to coffee pot would be nice.

Cabin is spacious, clean, well maintained, with a fantastic view of the surrounding areas and downtown Gatlinburg. Even better than the online pictures. Driveway (and surrounding roads) can be intimidating, especially in poor weather, but not a problem for us since we had 4-wheel drives and a gorgeous fall weather. Highly recommend the cabin for a family getaway.

Snowy Family Trip In The Mountains!

The location was perfect! A short drive down the mountain to the Gatlinburg strip, Ober Mountain, and Pigeon Forge, and the most amazing view!My brother and I brought our families along to celebrate our mom's birthday. We loved having our own separate bathrooms and bedrooms with king size beds! All of the beds are comfortable (but the softest mattress is the room downstairs to the right). Both the upstairs and downstairs living rooms have plenty of seating and enough space for a pack n play. The screened porch on the 2nd floor was secure, even with a toddler running around on it. And did I mention the view? Seeing the snowy peaks and Gatlinburg below from every room, especially from the upstairs living room and kitchen, was like a dream. The large kitchen was well stocked - we cooked several meals this week. There were just enough towels, extra bedding & pillows, plenty of soaps and paper products for the week, and we were glad to have use of the laundry room. The only items we felt were missing were a few board games or books (but we got some of our own) and a rolling pin for when we made our own pasta We stayed in on the days it was snowing - the driveway is very steep, and the roads down the mountain have several hairpin turns and minimal guardrails, but the driveway seemed to be treated because the snow cleared from it within a day, and snowplows were active. We also saw a bear one night, and it tried to enter our cars, so remember to lock them!

Just Perfect!

My husband and I brought our parents and my grandparents, and it was perfect! The whole house was clean, and the layout was very convenient. The living room and the bedrooms had the most comfortable recliners, couches, and beds! Well definitely say there again!

Amazing views with pros and cons

Beautiful property, great views of downtown Gatlinburg. Host was communicative, we weren’t sure what was going on with the hurricane relief in the area, but Sabrina assured us that we wouldn’t be interfering and tourism was still going strong. We loved it but for awareness… Property is up in the hillside and away from downtown - which we loved! Area is extremely hilly and driving could be a challenge especially in weather (rain/snow). Recommend entering and exiting driveway on the higher side so you do not bottom out your vehicle

Grandview stay

Such a beautiful home and incredible view of the mountains. Our host, Sabrina, is super responsive and has provided all the amenities you would need. My wife and I have vacationed here twice now and absolutely love it! Photos don't give the view justice

This home was perfect location for hosting my cousin's bachelorette party. The drive up the mountain and the driveway itself was decently steep, but being within 10 minutes of downtown with practically no neighbors was just what we needed. The home had everything we needed to eat in and all bedrooms were spacious. If you have over 7 people, someone will have to sleep on the pull out couch. Sabrina was amazing in answering all of our questions and was very quick to respond. Recommend this property for a stay in Gatlinburg!
