“My daughter and I spent 3 nights at Serene Mountain. The RV is well kept,clean and really cute. We had a wonderful time. This is in a great location to many fun and beautiful places. The RV park is quiet and has some fun amenities.”

“Both units were very nice and clean. Staff was friendly, very close to Gatlinburg, which is convenient. The waterpark was fantastic for the kids. The only complaints I have is they did try to get me to do a tour of the property for a timeshare. I did refuse and they didn’t like that. Also, the cable was very in and out.”

“Loved the location. Quiet even though in downtown. Very large 2 bedroom condo. Will stay again.”

“Older property off the strip, but close enough to trolley stops to be convenient. The property is nice with lots of trees and the creek is great. Room was basic, but clean. Pools are smaller, but several to choose from. No washer/dryer in the room. Would definitely return.”

“From the moment we checked in until the day we left, the staff was helpful and friendly. The condo was freshly clean and neat! Everything was in order, as it should be! The owners was very nice during the process of booking and checking in, just very sweet people! We enjoyed the convenience of being close to downtown Gatlinburg, and we loved the hot tub and heated pool, at resort! We will be back!”
