Resort a Gatlinburg

“Loved the waterpark and pools. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our children enjoyed swimming and playing in the game room. Great bar fully stocked and will make most anything you ask. Room was clean comfortable and decently stocked with necessities. Would definitely stay again. Close to pigeon forge and gatlinburg to spend the day either direction and easy access to avoid long traffic waits to get in.”

“Check in was easy at main lobby. Finding our chalet at night was slightly difficult with several narrow roadways and dozens of chalets side-by-side with tight parking spaces. Once we found our cabin, all parking spaces were taken and we had to park our 3 vehicles in various spaces from one another and walk a distance to unload our luggage. Upon entering, there was a bad smell throughout. Not sure if it came from the old wood, carpet or what, but we had to use room deodorants to mask smell. The...
