“The counter staff at reception were very poor as was the manager. They should explain which color section the room is located not just the number. They should have adequate supply of small bills to assist guests in paying for transportation. It took two emails over a week to receive a response about local transportation charges from the hotel. They should be more attentive. The other staff were great. ”

“Swimming pool was fantastic, there was peace and quiet in lawn. Huge area to walk around in peace. Gym was also helpful. Food was awesome. Overall a good stay”

“It’s a hotel that has lost its prime. I shows glimpses of being a premium property in the past. The service was sub par, rooms are showing signs of ill maintenance, bathroom had leakage while the bathtub was cracked in the middle. The doors showed signs of being pried open many times.”
