Una grande cottage di famiglia, oltre 2.500 di spazio vitale. Non è mai stato affittato a fino a poco tempo. Ottimo per due famiglie. Situato sul lato nord del lago Otsego-migliore vista di tutto il lago. Ambito con palude terra di stato dall'altra parte della strada. 100 piedi di fronte lago. Aprire soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina. Oltre a quattro camere da letto e un bagno in parte principale della casa. Poi fuori dalla cucina e un lungo corridoio è una camera a castello con un allenatore a forma di L e due letti a castello e un altro bagno. Poi via quella parte della casa è un garage 2 1/2 auto per memorizzare motoslitte o mettere attrezzature sportive. Include biancheria, posate, una griglia a carbone, sei kayak e giubbotti di salvataggio, e due canoe Un molo privato per la pesca. Lavatrice e asciugatrice, lavastoviglie e forno a microonde. Due televisori a schermo piatto e cavo. Non sono ammessi animali

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was very accommodating to all of our needs. Our family was able to spend quality time together without being crowded, plenty of room. Our last day there was super hot, and with no AC, a bit uncomfortable but being on the lake you hardly ever need air. Overall it was super! Thanks Bob!

House is close to gas, parts, food, etc., and the trail head is only a few hundred feet away. Plenty of room for people and sleds.

Bob is a great host the only issue you we had was the dock was kinda short for the pontoon we rented but it worked. Will rent again we absolutely loved having a fire pit and kayaks and plenty of room for everyone

Annual Golf Outing with College Buddies

Location was perfect to play the Tree Tops golf courses. The property is at the north end of Otsego Lake and has a spectacular view. Comfortably fit our group of 10. Excellent communication with owner to stay informed.

Great Spot for Relaxing Getaway

We had a group of 5 adults and 9 children and this was a great place for us to relax, fish, grill, and hang out around the fire pit. The owner communicated well with us and checked on us when he heard there were storms that knocked out power at some homes in the area (we didn’t lose power). Thanks for a great stay, would definitely rent again.

Otsego Lake Rental

Great stay on the north end of Otsego Lake! Very large rental with room to spread out. Quiet neighborhood. The only negative is that kids can’t swim in front of the cottage, but that is mentioned in the listing so we were expecting to go to the State park. Great rental!

Snowmobile weekend

Bob is a great host. The home was very clean and perfect size for us (10 adults). Location is everything, and this location is absolutely perfect for snowmobiling. The trail is literally right across the street. Very close to bars and restaurants as well. Will definitely be staying here in the future again.

Coming back for a 6th year !

Bob is very accommodating. It’s not ritzy but when you consider everything you get a lot for the money. I already booked next year for our 6th visit. The 2 separate living areas is great if you have 2 families or you want to give the kids one and you have your own private area. There’s no beach but the state and county parks are just a few miles away and are very nice. The boat launch is at the county park so it’s close. Shopping is close to all the big box stores and close to the small downtown stores. The fishing is good after you find the right spots and the lake is 5 miles long so a lot of opportunity for boating activities. Traverse city, Mackinac are not that far if you would like to make visits. Overall a good place at a good price !

Very Relaxing

Sleeping arrangements more than needed and worked well for our family. Great fire pit, everyone enjoyed the kayaks. More than needed of paper products and great selection of dishes. Wonderful laundry facilities.
