Our first room was so dirty (wad of hair in the tub, piece of a tampon wrapper on the floor, a cherry pit on the carpet… ) they moved us and the second room while I guess it was better than the first, still the paint was peeling and molding in the bathroom. This place was cheap but there was a reason for that. The advertisement images were wildly deceiving.”

“Room was not cleaned, checked into a dirty room place smelled like dog piss every where bed was not made up, was sent to best western after we checked in and found the room not cleaned. At midnight traveling with a toddler that was not something I wanted to do.”

“We Stayed with my family during the 4th of July, hotel was packed everyone who was staying came in late from watching fireworks. We were awoken by laughing and overly loud talking by housekeeping starting at 730 in the morning. When we went down for breakfast all of the hot food was gone, the staff who was supposed to be keeping up with food was sitting on her phone and not paying attention to anything.”
