Beyond the pool you'll find two levels of open living: a full kitchen, big dining table, a dedicated game room, and a lounge built for movie nights and slow mornings. Ideal for reunions or group retreats. Outside, Treetops Resort, Otsego Lake, and miles of trails are minutes away — close enough to explore, far enough that no one finds you.

We offer self-check-in for a seamless arrival experience. While guests enjoy complete privacy during their stay, we are readily available by phone or message should anything arise.

Hidden Oasis sits in a peaceful Northern Michigan setting with easy access to the region's top recreation.

Treetops Resort and Otsego Resort are minutes away — an ideal base for ski weekends and championship golf trips. Additional golf courses, lakes, snowmobile trails, and hiking areas are all within a short drive.

Boyne Mountain, Petoskey, and Mackinaw City are easy day trips. Downtown Gaylord is close for dining, groceries, and everyday essentials.

The location offers the rare balance of privacy and accessibility that defines a true Up North escape.

Guests have full private access to the main home, indoor pool wing, hot tub area, game room, and surrounding yard space. The property is not shared with other guests.

Please note that detached barns and certain outbuildings on the property are not accessible to guests and remain locked for owner use.

Ample on-site parking is available for multiple vehicles.

Hidden Oasis is a split-level estate with distinct gathering and sleeping zones designed for larger groups to spread out comfortably.

The main level features the kitchen, dining area, and primary living space with easy access to outdoor seating and the fire pit. The separate bedroom level includes two king rooms and a generous bunk room that works especially well for multi-family stays and group trips.

The home's dedicated sleeping arrangements are designed to comfortably sleep 16. We're glad to host larger groups, but please understand the bedding and sleeping layout are built for 16 - if you're booking for more than 16 guests, please plan your sleeping arrangements accordingly.

A dedicated indoor pool wing sits apart from the main living areas, creating a true resort-style feel with added comfort and privacy. Additional entertainment areas include a full game room and a separate lounge, so your group can hang out in different spaces without feeling crowded.

The layout makes it an ideal base for ski weekends and golf trips — rooms to regroup between outings, space to eat together, and the pool and hot tub waiting when you come back in.

Outdoor amenities include a hot tub, fire pit seating area, patio dining space, open grounds, and ample on-site parking for larger parties.

A vehicle is recommended for getting around the area. The property offers convenient access to major routes, making it easy to reach nearby resorts, golf courses, and surrounding Northern Michigan destinations.

Ride share services are limited in the area, so planning personal transportation is advised.

The indoor pool is maintained year-round and professionally serviced. Pool temperature is typically set around 80 degrees. Please supervise children at all times in the pool and hot tub areas.

This is a nonsmoking property and not suitable for large events or parties. Quiet hours are enforced to respect neighboring properties.

A digital guidebook will be provided prior to arrival with check-in details, house instructions, and local recommendations.
