Downtown Apartments combine hotel-quality standards with the comfort of a private home. Guests are provided with crisp white bed linen, a set of pillows, a selection of toiletries, and a welcome package including coffee, tea, and basic spices.



The Space:

In the air-conditioned living room you will find a sofa bed and a TV. A properly equipped kitchenette has everything you need to prepare a meal. The pleasant bedroom has a large double bed and a place to work. Of course, there was also a bathroom with a toilet and a spacious shower. An additional space is a terrace.



Guest Access:

A pleasant, landscaped terrace has been created on the premises. A major advantage of the apartment block, apart from its location and attractive appearance, is the building’s communal area - comprising a free gym, a children’s playroom and a sauna (available for an additional charge).

The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in a modern apartment building commissioned in 2023. It is located right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky viewing wheel located right next to it, on Ołowianka Island. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town, you will find a variety of restaurants, shops and service outlets. A pleasant, green terrace was created on the premises. The great advantage of the apartment building, apart from the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a free gym and sauna for PLN 10/h.
