The Space:

The layout has been carefully designed to meet the needs of a variety of guests. Three separate bedrooms provide a sense of privacy for everyone staying here, which is ideal for larger groups. One of the rooms is fitted with a dedicated desk, creating a peaceful environment for remote working. The communal area combines a bright living room with a dining area and a modern kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals together. Appliances such as an oven, microwave and washing machine ensure complete independence. A major bonus during morning routines is the modern bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. On sunny days, it’s well worth making the most of the balcony, which becomes a natural extension of the interior and a great place to relax.



The Neighborhood:

Jelitkowo is a seaside district of Gdansk, known for its extensive recreational areas and peaceful atmosphere. The building is just a 4-minute walk from the sandy beach. Right next door is Reagan Park, where kilometres of walking and cycling paths have been laid out. A walk to the pier in Brzezno takes about 25 minutes on foot along the coast. The proximity to nature creates perfect conditions for active outdoor recreation.

There are bus and tram stops near the apartment, making it easy to get around the area.
