Upon arrival around 8 PM, the code given to access the room was not working. Had to go back to the office to get a hard key to enter. There were crumbs and dirty spots on the floor, and the bed in the loft was soiled on the comforter and blanket. There were clean blankets in drawers, so I took soiled ones off and replaced however, I should not have had to do this. The dishwasher was FULL of clean dishes from previous visitors. Had to empty it, which was kind of a bummer. The walls are thin. Neighbors had a dog that barked a lot and could hear the people and kids talking. The bed in the loft sank in the middle, a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, it was fine. The view is exactly how it is shown. We did not use the pool. The staff were friendly.
