“Soggiorno orribile, Appena arrivara mi hanno assegnato una stanza in un altra struttura fatiscente , con porta che non si chiudeva e appartamento osceno vecchio , in rovina. Ho chiesto spiegazioni del perche' la stanza non corrispondeca alle foto , e si sono giustificati dicendo che era la stanza economy. Mi hanno proposto di cambiare stanza al prezzo di 8000 dh, quando ho saldato gli extra 8000 dh , quasi 20 euro in piu' , mi hanno poi assegnato una stanza al terzo piano con puzza di fumo...

“This is a great resort with amazing kind staff. It has two pools. The indoor pool is open all year and the water is nice and warm. You can do lap swimming in one section and chill in the other. It has a Sauna, tons of gym equipment including table tennis tablesbl, exercise bikes etc. The cafe is open from 9 to 9 weekdays and 10 AM to 9 PM on weekends. They got fresh carrot, strawberry, kiwi etc. smoothies. The rooms are super clean and they provide room service each day with a full size fridge...

“Room cleanness was a big issue. The first day, we found insects in the bed, behind the pillows. Three and big ones. We informed them, showed them pictures, send them on whatsapp comment also, they did not even get back to us or say anthing 😅 like if it is very normal. Sofa was not clean also. It s black and blue so dirt can not be seen, but the moment you seat on it, your full body will be itching. “The worse hotel I've ever tried. Inconvenient location far from the centre, you need a taxi. Lots of renovation with annoying banging every day. If you want a peace - do not use this hotel: swimming pool downstairs uses the music from morning until 8pm. It is a nightmare. Being on the 4th floor you can't even talk inside room due to the club music. I have asked to make it not too loud but got very negative aggressive response. Headaches guaranteed BED BUGS in the rooms. Please be careful....
