Tutto molto bene, posizione ideale per la fiera ma non distante dal centro, pulito, camere nuove e pulite, silenzioso, personale cortese e disponibile, colazione forse da migliorare ma comunque con un giudizio positivo. Noi abbiamo soggiornato per la maratona(che ha il suo cento nevralgico in fiera) ed hanno concesso a tutti (e l'hotel quella notte era frequentato solo da atleti) il late check-out senza aggravio..fantastico!!GRAZIE MILLE...

I frequently stay at your hotel and have always appreciated the quality of the service and the overall comfort, which is why it remains my preferred choice when I am in the area. On my most recent stay, however, I was assigned a room that differed from the one I am usually given, in particular as the bathroom did not include a bidet. As this is a feature I have consistently had in my previous stays and that I personally consider important, I kindly asked whether it would be possible to change rooms. Unfortunately, my request was declined. I fully understand that availability constraints may apply, and my intention is not to raise a complaint, but rather to share constructive feedback. Given my regular stays and loyalty to the hotel, I would have appreciated a bit more flexibility or, at least, a clearer explanation. I remain very satisfied overall and will continue to choose your hotel, but I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hope that it can be taken into consideration for future stays.
